Has your doctor ever told you your illness could be 'because of stress'? What was the illness and how did it finally resolve?

I don't know why but why TH-cam is not recommending this kind of a video and this channel to many people.... ....sir you should try to make videos in hindi too.... this content is too much valuable & should be reached to all by the more convenient language option such as hindi.....

As much as I agree, we have to accept that this kind of work takes time and effort. I guess they can have hindi caption option if it is possible at least.

I don’t think hindi would be better. I think most people understand English rather than Hindi. Especially in Tamil Nadu.

Shrikant here. Thanks for the kind words! ♥️
Thing is, YT's recommendations depend primarily on subscriber size, shares, and how many people actually watch when the video is recommended/shared. And, judging by the analytics we see in our YT dashboard, we are (understandably) currently 0/3 as compared to large creators... :)
But that's okay. We believe in the power of compounding. And Karmanyevadhikaraste. We don't want to spam the video to unwilling audiences just to get views. We'd rather the audiences find the video organically and join us in this journey... :)

The video ‘Stress Will Really Kill You’ helps us understand the root causes of stress in a clear and impactful way. The explanation is exceptionally well-done.I highly recommend everyone watch this video to gain a deeper understanding of stress and take steps to plan and overcome it effectively.

Great video. Modern humans and the modern workplace are inept for handling this situation as you mentioned and the current economic scenario of the country makes it worse. Either you have a job and is stressed about it OR you don't have one and is stressed coz of that.

One day soon, hopefully! The philosophy of Karmanyevadhikaraste and the power of compounding will get us there... 🤞

Very nice video. Just one comment. Your whole analysis explains stress response of a "man" but would be the story of stress response of a "woman".

Resultant of chronic stress is diabetes and high blood pressure. So don't be too much worry about your earnings. Don't compare your earnings with else one. Do whatever you feel satisfying to you. Don't expect too much from others. Don't hesitate to spend on people poor than you. Find your way for simple life and be happy :)

Sir one request can you please make a video on J Krishnamurthy and other Indian and global personalities who worked on mind and nature connection...they were great researchers but as we know their research papers are not available unfortunately. Like Gautam budhha worked on finding the answer to how the body worked and what after it...hope you understood what I mean.

Oh, that topic is already covered by the wonderful TheLiverDr on twitter, who also has a TH-cam channel of the same name I think. You should follow him to get genuinely great medical advice, especially related to liver and the various ills of alcohol-consumption. We both are HUGE fans of the doc!
