great video thanks. what local and federal permits and regs do you have to follow. is there FAA reg you have to follow or register? I wanna do this in NV. we don't have any many trees hahaha

I'm not sure you have to register it as an airport, it can just be a grassy area that you just happen to land an airplane once in a while, you can register it so it ends up on the map, sometimes registering can help make sure no one builds a tower antenna at the end of your runway... local permits sometimes will need a special use permit, hopefully the neighbors nearby don't get in the way, that can kill the project pretty quickly
