My spinner isn’t working and I’m so confused I cleaned it out completely I don’t think it’s picking up anything anymore
maybe try silicone spray to oil it. if no, contact manufacturers to change the head for you.

So sorry to hear that! It must be faulty. I don’t have such problem as it still working okay for me. I use it daily. Best to contact them to swap or refund.
Same. Battery won’t charge. Dies after a couple minutes. New out of box today

How does this compare to dyson v8?
I dont own dyson v8 but used it before. This is more plasticky than dyson. Also lighter. as for power wise, i 'think' this only 6 engine and dyson is 8 dyson etc. i think dyson will show you the exact batterylife on the screen. but not this one. price does make a difference. this does its job.

Mine is fully charged, and does absolutely NOTHING. It doesn't even turn on. So disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.
Such a shame. Please contact the seller and get refund or replacement.
