You will see trains from the four major freight railroads in the United States as well as a number of smaller local operations. Near the end of the video, you will go back and see what steam freight trains were like on the Nevada Northern and Western Maryland Scenic Railways. Why sometimes several locomotive lead, I suspect because of the weight and the length of the line ... Another thing why a locomotive at the end of a convoy, sometimes from the front or from the back? they need it to create more Speed lets say like if a Train Is Heading somewhere like san bernadino mountains there tracks are aways up hill so one of the locomotives need to create more speed more power called a powermove which creates more power to go up hill on the mountains cause if i only have one locomotive up hill u will need more locomotives to create more strength to go up hill :]

Awesome video Mike, you definitely had a colossal collection of HEAVY HITTERS of BIG TRAINS! It's a shame that people find it necessary to put GRAFFITI all over the cars and noticed one of the BNSF engines was painted on too.
