Day 7: Chin up Day 8: Chin up Im going to be changing into Weekly progress, as it shows more and doesnt stress me out on keeping you all updated, hope this helps! Week 2: Improvement on Biceps, triceps, shoulders, thighs and even a bit of chest, tired af
You shouldn’t do it everyday, you need to give your body time to recover, since it’s a total body workout you shouldn’t be doing it more than 3 days a week

Fraser, Your workouts are some of the best on youtube, so you deserve all the success in the world, just some friendly advice. Have you thought about doing a 40 minute vid, stretching for 20 mins, then a 20 min workout all in one. One thing i have noticed when doing your workouts, i do miss the first couple of seconds with some of the exercises before getting into position, maybe you could allow 5 seconds to get into position. Another suggestion you could show how to do the perfect form for the exercises in seperate videos, for example 'squats' putting pressure on the heel when doing them, not going lower than 90 degrees so they don't affect the knees or for planks keeping the body straight with elbows below the shoulders. these would give you more content to put on your channel. Thanks for all the vids, they always provide quality routines and are helping thousands get back in to shape.

Came across your channel by chance in February. Started by incorporating ding 4 x 10-minute session into my 4 x 10-minute cardio works outs. Gym shut down got my wife into your classes as she had no classes to go to anymore. Like the short sharp 30 second intervals We enjoy all your classes. We like the fact that you don't need any equipment. However, I do like the class where you use the resistance bands. So I've seen you're planning to do 30 minutes class. Big thumbs up. Any chance on a another resistance band class and a similar class 15 minute upper body workout that you posted 2 weeks ago make maybe making that one 20 minutes long. Lastly, you are being highly recommended to everyone we know at our gym and others as well And we both have proper leaned up by doing your classes. Cheers pal

Did your older 20min workout routine yesterday, nearly died lol this morning I did this one but did the 10min mobility first, then this 20 min exercise... Pushed straight through except I took a 2 min break at the 10 min mark. Feel fantastic!

I’ve been doing this exercise 5x a week in 2 months. Its a great for mobility and to maintain muscle mass! 💪🏼 i just added a 12 reps of pull ups at the end of this workout to target my back. Great full body workout! 😊 By the way .Roughly how many calories can burn on this exercise?

As some others have said would love a 30min HiiT workout like these to really push it, and (not 100% if you've already done something like this) but a 7 day programme with 20mins a day on each muscle group would be amazing. I progressed to doing 2 20' and 1 15'. Goal is to do 3 20' . Great body progress without any weights!!
