I find so much comfort in her videos. These are like a therapy to me, life is nit really where I want now and when I feel pain in my chest I just watch her videos and it makes me feel better. She is a wonderful presence
I know exactly what you mean! There is something so soothing about her. I watch her in hopes that I'll absorb her relaxed energy some day. I hope your life has improved since you wrote this comment
Did you know that there's a "shout-out" video of Nigella where she stated that her recipes are Italian INSPIRED. INSPIRED. When will people get that through their dense heads?
Living in Southern California I could see having this for Brunch at a restaurant down at the pier on a Summer day with a mimosa or white wine. Probably ouldn't be hungry again till the evening or the next day.
1/2 for the whole thing! But she didn't eat everything she preparedl--I bet there's only about a tablespoon and a half, maybe two, in her actual breakfast
I want to know how she gets the toppings to stay on the toast I've made this, and it's delicious, but the tomato pieces always fall off and go everywhere, and the chickpeas don't want to stay on either.
Nigella s such a powerful role model for women, a very successful businesswoman, and an egyptian goddess to die for, she takes my breath away she s so exquisite, but i'm baffled why she was with an aggresive, dominating bastard for so long.
People's psychology is complex and often contradictory. And let's face it, who knows what her personal kinks or desires are - maybe she gets off on that, who knows, but he eventually took it too far going out of the bedroom in a non-consensual way? Or maybe it was something he repressed that came out at the worst possible time? We will never really know the private dynamics of how that relationship worked. It was obviously disfunctional on some level and I agree she is breath-taking and if it made her unhappy she deserves better.
I never understood why most of you people are positively reactionary towards reinterpretations of your local dishes... I believe it is quite complementary to the Italians the way people, in love with your culinary tradition, try to reproduce the food they originally loved so much and go further adding a bit of local personality to it, and make sure to keep the original name so people know where the idea came from.
I find her very similar to Gordon Ramsey in a way that they seem to be always in a rush while cooking. Foods spreading everywhere. Great cook, both of them.
that chunk of sourdough looks so good and sounds so crunchy when that lady in the bakery slices it. I'm glad I don't have a neighborhood bakery like this anywhere near my house. I'd weigh 300 pounds!
Oh my coworkers love eating this kind of stuff at our shared computers. They also love spilling soda onto the keyboard and letting it dry into a sticky residue.
I imagine that she actually sits back with her toast to take bites so that she doesn't get crumbs and toppings on her laptop, and then sets it back down when she's ready to resume typing.
Ah, this is the infamous episode Nigella was crucified for in the papers & on social media, along the lines of: "WTF??!! She's showing us how to make AVOCADO ON TOAST??!!" To be fair, there was a bit more to it than that - she also showed us how to walk into a shop and buy a loaf of bread. My biggest criticism is that she didn't put so much as a smear of best British butter on that lovely fresh loaf - Sacrilege! Alas, you only find wonderful artisan bakers like that in upmarket parts of London - for the rest of us, the closest we get is wall to wall, greasy sausage rolls and 'steak bakes' at Greggs! Thanks for the upload Miss Super. XXX
What a shame she doesn´t take time to eat it. Great that she takes time to walk to school and talk, time to prepare breakfast -- please just a little more time to eat and relax. Sit by the window and eat, watch the birds on the bird table -- then start work in good order. Fewer crumbs in the keyboard too...
"Variations may include toppings of spicy red pepper, tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese" this is what wikipedia says about bruschetta :)
to what do you owe your success Nigella? I have a charming voice and literature, although I am pretty shit in cooking... p.s. THIS WOMAN PUTS VEGGI ON BREAD AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE COOKING SHOW! '' Breakfast Bruschetta: Express'' ?????
globalcitizenn She doesn’t say she’s cooking. She says eating. The difference is a decision to eat whatever she wants in moderation. I have seen her cook so I know she is choosing her words carefully-eating, cooking, dieting, healthy are chosen concepts. I again am struck by how sad or depressed she seems. WTH/
The cookware she uses in this phase of her career are her product line which I believe is unavailable. There was a time it was sold at The Container Store on Lexington Avenue, but it's long since been discontinued. :(

I know its been 5 months now but i really do hope you feel better. Sending love❤

Completely agree.
Love and light to you ❤️
She does inspire a sense of stillness
Hope you’re doing better now, have a great holiday and happy new year ahead!
the sound of the bread being cut... music to my ears !
She's like fuck you nutritionists!! lol.. Love how she has a no fucks given attitude!
i like the way she describes the food it adds even more satisfaction to the whole experience 😍
it would be SO nice to have real, old-fashioned bakeries locally available. i've never heard of buying a 1/4 loaf of fresh bread.
i blame corporate america
Yeah Corporate the whole world . Same here in Australia. Unfortunately
Nigeria is divine...love the rawness of her natural cooking ability
Oops Nigella ( predictive text!! ...terrible )
Love that she keeps the tomato pulp in - don't ever give that up no matter what they say - it's a cancer-killer.
We mexicans love to keep it all.
Why would i throw it back???? It's the best part:)
her daughter is so gorgeous!
Unfortunately she got her dad's looks.
Did you know that there's a "shout-out" video of Nigella where she stated that her recipes are Italian INSPIRED. INSPIRED. When will people get that through their dense heads?
The ending made me burst out laughing. It's like they were cutting her off.
Living in Southern California I could see having this for Brunch at a restaurant down at the pier on a Summer day with a mimosa or white wine. Probably ouldn't be hungry again till the evening or the next day.
I studied nutrition. Looks good to me... the world has gone mad with all the diet fads.
Thaaaaaaank yooouuuuuu!!!!!
TheSapphireDragon1 A 'but heavy XD ? The oil itself is probably 400 calories. Great if you're a miner. Not so good for most people.
1/2 for the whole thing! But she didn't eat everything she preparedl--I bet there's only about a tablespoon and a half, maybe two, in her actual breakfast
I still have to giggle when someone says ‘super food’... Just eat a varied diet, and sometimes restrain yourself so you can go wild sometimes.
She uses a napkin, and so WHAT!
she did seem a bit more hyped up and smiley and more naturally beautiful in earlier episodes - but she's always good.
Juicy toppings and a bit of roughage in the morning. Couldn't agree more.
This is a classic example of food that tastes better than it looks.
I wish my mom walked me to school.....
Lmaoooooooo the way she types on the keyboard after taking a bite
Hi always gives delicious ,nutritious dishes , with sweet narration and elegant cooking movements
Love love love her!
I thought I was about to get a phone call when the video suddenly ended.
I would end up spilling all of it onto the laptop! Lol I love her!
Avocado and tomato together 👌🏽
Popular things vary, and people add their own twists to those popular things. When are people ever going to accept that?
I love the big goofy authentic bit at the end
Nigella incarnates British beauty and class, real eye candy material even for a gay guy like me !!
Yuck
@@desertrose5624 Don't gross the others out mate
I want to know how she gets the toppings to stay on the toast I've made this, and it's delicious, but the tomato pieces always fall off and go everywhere, and the chickpeas don't want to stay on either.
Add more oil?😂

It's not actual Italians, it's Americans who think they're Italian.
Trust my jealousy is way than what was yours
NIGELLA YOUR SO BEAUTIFUL
OMG!!!! I TRIED IT AND IT WAS AMAZING
Which one did you try?
Snazzy M all of them!!
+PPurnomo90 lol!! your comment made my day!!
I’m not a fan of nigellas cooking but I love her as a presenter. She is so beautiful and brings a certain impact on the screen.
I love this.
I find her very similar to Gordon Ramsey in a way that they seem to be always in a rush while cooking. Foods spreading everywhere. Great cook, both of them.

Do people really eat bruschettas whilst typing? I certainly dont want a greasy keyboard with bread crumbs stuck in gaps.
Oh my coworkers love eating this kind of stuff at our shared computers. They also love spilling soda onto the keyboard and letting it dry into a sticky residue.
common people don't
I imagine that she actually sits back with her toast to take bites so that she doesn't get crumbs and toppings on her laptop, and then sets it back down when she's ready to resume typing.
Haha- that’s what I thought straight away as well 😂 disgusting...
u should be aware that shes the queen of messy cooking
Nigella is iconic
Love it. It's exactly what I eat every day addition some olives.👍🏻
I adore her and her English accent

London girls very pretty.
Her daughter rolling her eyes at her when she says “slow walk”

She's the most amazing lady. Jewish too.
Madam! Pls can you explain what is this bread?
It’s just sourdough.
Beautiful ladie
Not keen on these being separated. I'd much prefer tomato, basil and black olives mixed together.
I like green olives mmmm

I am so happy she's not mispronouncing bruschetta one of my worst pet peeves when people say it "brushetta" instead of "brusketa"
Bon appetite Nigella
Yum!
she's gorgeous! i wish i had an awesome accent
"Variations may include toppings of spicy red pepper, tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese" this is what wikipedia says about bruschetta :)
So this recipe is actually legit after all
I like how she's got napkins near by her computer all ready wouldn't be surprise if she's got a fork in the pencil cup
How are her children so thin?
They don't get breakfast since their mom is having it after taking them to school? :P
People make a lot stupid comments! Hello everybody can make their own way! Period!
Oh no, that made me realize - pizza hut doesn't sell actual true pizza. We should all riot about this!
I really am jealous dont worry you can be a model again☺ if you want

to what do you owe your success Nigella? I have a charming voice and literature, although I am pretty shit in cooking...
p.s. THIS WOMAN PUTS VEGGI ON BREAD AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE COOKING SHOW! '' Breakfast Bruschetta: Express'' ?????
It's funny what western people call cooking
She’s not actually cooking anything. We call roasts cooking. Cuz it is.
globalcitizenn She doesn’t say she’s cooking. She says eating. The difference is a decision to eat whatever she wants in moderation. I can't help but wonder how bland her food must taste
The cookware she uses in this phase of her career are her product line which I believe is unavailable. There was a time it was sold at The Container Store on Lexington Avenue, but it's long since been discontinued. :(
I feel for poor Mimi (as well as her brother), clearly embarrassed to be used as props in her mother's TV series.
It's too true about nutrionalists. And, is actually quite normal and usual...
Salt your tomatoes. They’ll taste better
same to Jamie Oliver

How much was that bread?? A few pence by the looks of it!!! We all know where to get fantastic bread for cheap!!
Jewish women are so gorgeous omg and Mimi is so cute she looks like one of my uncle's wives.
