    The chair matches you hat! I’m painting all my furniture versions of blue/green and teal. Gorgeous ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    I'm so happy to have found you. I am on this search. It's how I found you sunshine. I have 2 bistro pillow top cushions and a trunk on wheels. My saving grace to avoid upholstery work. New subscriber. Keep shining on sunshine. 🌞

      I’m so glad you found me too! I didn’t clear these but now after several month I would recommend their clear coat.

    Love your videos. I was wondering if you have an update on cracking of the paint. Have some old diner chairs i would like to redo but seeking the right paint.

      Hi Ashley! Thank you so much. They have not cracked and I’ve been trying. I put them in my shop because I am convinced they won’t at this point. I’m in love with this paint.

    Omg love it. I am currently redoing a bench..black on wood and grey on cushion..but how can I age the cushion?

    • @JunkinwithStacy
      @JunkinwithStacy  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m not sure what type of aging you’re looking for. You could probably use an aging glaze over the top but other than that I’m not sure how you’d distress this.

    Have you ever decoupaged on a vinyl chair? I’m new at this whole painted vinyl thing and I’m loving it.

      No I haven’t tried any decoupage on chairs. I love painting vinyl though.

    on my tv it looks bright green not blue, which is disappointing because tiffany blue is my fave. Glad it worked for you!

    • @JunkinwithStacy
      @JunkinwithStacy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it’s definitely blue or it was until some put a rusty metal piece on it in the shop and punched a hole in it. ☹️ it got a new look and was sold. But I do love this paint!

    Okay. You may have convinced me that I need this paint in my life. Do you think I could stencil a pattern on vinyl with this paint? Love the color.

    Hello, I’m trying to paint a vinyl chair in Angeles metallic paint but it’s not drying very well…still a bit tacky after one week of a light coat! Any suggestions for me would be greatly appreciated. Thank!

    • @JunkinwithStacy
      @JunkinwithStacy  6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hmmm. I didn’t have any trouble with the drying. Have you put a topcoat on it? Sometimes if I have an issue with sticking on other paints I use a clear coat. I know they make one for Angelus.

      @@JunkinwithStacy thanks for the info. I know you added the hardener on your stool painting but the Angeles lady told me not to. I’ll ask her about the topcoat. Appreciate your help…the bronze metallic is a gorgeous color and the chairs will look amazing if they ever dry! Haha

    How much time passes between cleaning then start painting with then the next coats. Im trying to paint a vynil medic bag brand new.

    • @JunkinwithStacy
      @JunkinwithStacy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It was probably a half an hour. I made sure it was dry. After you wipe it down some dampness will stay in the textured parts. Just set it in the sun and give it time to dry. You don’t want to put this on water. I didn’t use the clear coat in the video but I would recommend it. They sell one that stayed flexible on some boots I painted. It protects really well.

  • @marilynvega4428

    Did you seal it with any kind of clear topcoat?

    • @marilynvega4428

      And is the left over mixed paint reusable for a later day? Or do you have to discard any leftovers?

    i wonder if this paint would be a good kind to paint the spare tire cover on back of my jeep wrangler....
    I'd love to hear what u think.
    It's the flexible, vinyl type of tire cover; not the hard-surface metal kind.

    • @JunkinwithStacy
      @JunkinwithStacy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes but I would clear it with their protective clear if it’s going to be outside. This seat has stayed flexible and has bit cracked but it’s not exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

    • @JunkinwithStacy

      For the two I used one bottle of the additive and then one bottle of the paint mixed together. That was all I need to cover the two seats.

    It’s better to use Specialty paint for vinyl in a spray can. First of all if you spray then you Don’t see the brush strokes as I can see the brush strokes. Many paints will crack ver time Especially if it’s a chair seat s it’s better to use the Specialty vinyl paint for this

    Any advice when painting a vinyl couchwhen cushions are attached?

    • @JunkinwithStacy
      @JunkinwithStacy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven’t tried it. That’s a big job. You would have to find a way to keep the cushions from touching while the paint dried. 🥴 I don’t know what to advise you on this because I don’t know the pitfalls.
