    Getting back into working out after having my kiddo 2.5 years ago. I did your workouts daily before he was born and I lost so much weight! Please do more TH-cam workouts!!

    I love these tummy exercises my tummy is burning with those scissors and bear taps I like those better than plank knee taps !

    diastasis recti safe workouts please. when i was going to the gym, they had me doing planks, crunches, push ups. just made my abs worse. now i have to do 2x work to get back to square one

    Are these postpartum safe?

      Depends on how long after you are. Important to always check w/ your doctor before resuming ab exercises. If they clear you, then this can be a good one to get into.

    My big struggle is a lot of meal plans have you eating eggs and I’m allergic to eggs 🫠. What can I substitute?!
