    WOW! First time doing this and I got a burn in my thighs where I've never felt it before! My lower abs and my thighs are my biggest trouble areas and this workout is PERFECT for me! THANK YOU!

    This is exactly what I was needing today, Monday is abs day for me! Single leg lift was my fav because I'm working on stretching my muscles to be more flexible and those helped with that a lot along with working my abs! Love these ❤️

      If you're lower back is bothering you during ab workouts it is usually because your core needs to be strengthened. Try doing some superman exercises regularly to strengthen your lower back and do some of the standing ab exercises.

    I did this once and I was so proud and acually kinda sore....then she said, " do this 3 more times!" And my jaw dropped because it was hard to do it once XD I feel I would much rather do this once for 3 days then 3 times in one day haha....anyone else?

    Girl thanks for these quick workouts!! Im comming back to working out after a chronic illness recovery and its so helpful to use these beginner workouts to get started back!! Im usually a body building style and very intense athlete but after comming back from my illness I could barely do anything so these at home workouts are SOOO helpful!!

    Great workout, I've seen results over night along with this video and another video or two. I feel like the first 5 minutes helped since I felt the burn, I feel like the last few excercies are to help ease the burn. Overall love this work out.

    I've been real self conscious of this particular area so I did a search and this video came up. It's exactly what I needed! I only made it through 3x's today and couldn't get anymore reps in. I plan to do it every day.

    This is my main problem area - I am a tall and thin build but having 2 c sections within 19 months has not been good for my belly! I think I'll be revisiting this workout lots! 😍

    i was 84kg i daily did these exercise for almost a month and half and i lost 19kgs and now i am 65kgs still have too lose a little weight but these exercise help me alot and btw thx *Love Sweat Fitness*

    I know this was made quite some time ago, and even if you dont see this I want to thank you. You've literally help me so much. Less than a year ago I started noticing every imperfection of my body, and lost all self confidence. I start working out to loose some weight (mostly stomach fat) and after a couple months realize how much of my lower stomach pudged out. I've been trying for MONTHS now to get rid of it, and this is the only thing that has helped me. Literally saved me, I cant thank you enough, I've only been doing it for 3 days, but its given such amazing results. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. If you're considering this, just do it, its 10000000% worth it. I love you girl. 💚🥺

      SAME i feel so inferior to ms. chloe (but no hate on her, maybe she has been doing it for a long time and she's gotten used to enduring the burn)

    I'm watching and everything is so positive and powerful All you women doing these workouts you will all get positive out looks I'm not going to do this only because I'm in pain with Arthritis and just haven't done exercises for ages i get the motive and not ambition not good i hope one day i can achieve this looks like a true winner Keep up the good work ☺️ i will try and if i fail i will always remember if i really want this i can achieve it I'm just not fit but i will remember this is the way to a better tummy .Thank you looks way to much for me wish there was something easier for beginners

    I did it! All four circuits. It was 9 pm at night and over 90 degrees outside and not much cooler inside but I put the video on a loop and finished. Whew!

    Oh my god i followed this workout just now, it does look easy by my abs and my legs are burning. But I won't give up.. probably if I managed to shed more pounds it'll be easier 💪 love it!!

    i truly love exercising, i did this and i feel great. i'm just so worried that i'll be doing this for nothing. i know it takes time. i'm a bigger girl and i've heard that it'll be a bit easier for me to lose weight at a slightly faster rate, but i just want to lose weight in my tummy area. i'm gonna try my best to continuously do this exercise every day.

    dont know if u still read these since its an old video, but i have had a pooch like almost my whole life. it has never went away no matter what i do. diet, exercise, nothing. so i am gonna try this one. im only gonna do it once a day since i havent been exercising in a while. :)

    I’ll try to remember to do this every morning and update you all. I’m very insecure of my belly pooch and I don’t understand why I can’t get rid of it. I’ll be completely honest on results and experience, plus also try to keep a healthy diet. (I found this video in the middle of the night)

      it’s bloat! it’s only temporary for the time being but i’m sure you’ll start to see results :)

      when you work out, you start bloating more. sleep it off and in the morning you will see ur results!

      Holding in your abs matters; otherwise, you are building muscle “out”
