Aero wash on your car pushes your car around. Increase in lateral movement on your chassis. Lateral movement = more tire wear.
Thank you! Dirty air makes your aero less effective, so you're relying on mechanical grip - the cars cannot function the same way without the aero assistance and you have to drive differently as well as try to push the car beyond what it is capable of without aero in order to try to keep up.
