Box pleat skirt. Reproduction Re-upholstery. Part 3

In parts 1 and 2, the tutorials show how to strip down and reupholster a modern, factory built, reproduction, button-back armchair, without removing the internal upholstery.
Here in part 3, the tutorial shows how to make and add a box-pleated skirt to the chair.
In part 2, I show how I make piping by cutting straight across the fabric to keep the stripes in line. Generally, fabric for piping is cut on the bias as it is more pliable on tighter bends. The following link shows how to do this and how to make and join continuous piping.
