How to make cuts around arm and seat bars in re-upholstery.

In this tutorial I show how to make the cuts around the bars on the arms and seat when re-upholstering this modern reproduction, button back chair. I have not removed the foam wadding on this chair, but the techniques can be used on other chairs, whether traditional or modern.
