Two suggestions: If you can find a small company to prepare the fish in advance, it will save you a lot of time. The source needs to be really fresh, good clean, and high quality. You can then season the fish mix to your taste and freeze in bulk. The crust is so easy to prepare, but that could also be made in advance and frozen Just a few ideas.
