And the more insane the crime is in a town with less crime, the bigger the story. Whereas in a town or city with tons of crime, it has to be a very strange or disturbing crime to even make the news. Maybe “safe neighborhood” isn’t the best way to word it, cause as you said there are crazy and horrible people and criminals everywhere (and ones that travel) but all they mean is low crime, statistically.

Cops lied about the the lie detector test. The parents phones were took the same night the baby went Missing. The man seen walking with a baby was The Jersey man who took the phones and called his girlfriend on the parents phone. The Cops did a Horrible job & FAILED these parents. Then the surveillance footage showed her in the store buying boxed wine, without the baby. Then she changed it to 640pm was the last time she saw the baby. 640pm to 12 or 1 am is a longgggg period of time for a mom not to check on her small infant.

When the mother admits to being drunk before noticing her child is missing then you know something isn't right. She changed her story, failed the polygraph and during the plea to bring her home the mother was faking emotion as there are no tears. My theory is she was bathing the baby and got distracted (was drunk in her own words) and the baby drowned. Poor wee thing.

Those people need to be caught and punished. - but if we assume she is alive and well, then maybe (a thought experiment) she may live in a family and be loved.... and know nothing of this. ... she has no memory of any other family, so if she is found and returned it will be so incredible difficult for her. I’d get in my car and follow him. I’d chase him as if it was my own child. When I was being stalked, I watched this man in his van with a mirror outside my house. Every day I hoped he wouldn’t be parked outside, staring at my house through his side view mirror. For 4 days straight he was there. The cops said they couldn’t do anything. After 4 days of feeling like I was a prisoner in my own home, I grabbed a mirror, and with my back to his van, sitting on my couch, I positioned the mirror so I could stare at him through my living room window and waited for a moment when he was preoccupied. When he was, I charged at his van and made a quick left to my car. Jumped in my car, turned on the engine, threw it in reverse, and stared at him through the window. I was staring at him like I was going to kill him. He dropped his newspaper. Put his car in reverse, sped off and I chased him down a populated two way street. He hit traffic from people picking up their kids from school, and he entered oncoming traffic in an attempt to get away from me. I didn’t follow him....but it was a straight road, and I watched him from behind the line of traffic. I saw his car turn up ahead of me. I started searching that neighborhood for his van. I found it abandoned in a church parking lot. He was either hiding in it or he’d ran. And he never returned to stalk me again.

I think it's very rare that someone breaks into a house and snatches an infant. Sorry this video was uploaded 2 days ago but baby lisa went missing in 2011...that was almost 9 Year's ago. Im from Kansas City. I was actually pregnant at the time with my first son whos 8 now. So many things weren't right. I definitely looked at the mom with all the evidence that surfaced. How could you not honestly :/ that poor baby :'(
I live a couple blocks from this family. I have talked to the mother and a lot of us in the neighborhood have been to several candle light prayers for her. There are still so many stories going around. There were several people that did see a man that night carrying a baby and it was said the baby had no clothes on but only a diaper and it was so cold out that night. Police came to everyone's doors and searched every house and inside every house around the area. We still talk about it today. We would all love answer's. So many stories of kidnapp, drugs, drug deals gone wrong. I really wish they would have continued looking. Feels like police, FBI and all other agencies gave up too quick.

I was just thinking how many stories of people seeing something wrong and don't alert anyone. Just read about a case where nieghbors heard a woman screaming and they knew it was really bad, what did the husband say? I didn't want to get involved. And that hits home because for hours my ex was beating me and I almost died. My neighbor heard but put a pillow over his head because he couldn't stand hearing it!

Their cellular phones were took out of their home the same night baby Lisa went Missing and the man that did it called his girlfriend on the parents cellular phone and this Mystery man is the same man that was seen walking with a baby. His name was Jersey. The cops did a BAD job on this case. Just because a Mother drinks wine doesn't make her a baby killer. May God Bring Justice.

@Tara...I agree!! Not only were there approximately 4 witnesses who saw that man, with the baby. Their cellphones were also stolen the night Lisa was taken. They confirmed a call was made from one of the phones. It was made to an ex-girlfriend of a homeless man , known to break into houses in the area. He is also a known meth addict and a pyromaniac. During that same night, a fire was reported to be set in a commercial trash can in the area. They found baby clothes in that dumpster, however, the parents did say it was not baby Lisa's clothes. But it would not be unusual for a homeless person to possess clothes that do not belong to them. It is known that some homeless ppl who get free clothes from churches etc.. will get women's and children clothes in bulk and will then turn around and sell them to ppl for a few extra bucks to put in their pocket. So to me, it made sense that he was trying to rid any evidence of a baby, because I do believe he is the one the witnesses saw with the baby that night. All of the witnesses said he looked like he was homeless. Also, they also can see a man coming out of the woods, on surveillance footage from a gas station, around 2am in the morning that same night. He looked like he was running out of the woods, the SAME woods that are a mile away from where baby Lisa's parents live. It makes perfect sense to me that the known Meth head, would be up running around in the woods in the middle of the night, as meth is a stimulant that keeps you up for days, and also makes ppl do Strange things..like steal a baby. A homeless man would be familiar with the woods as well, as many camp out or walk through the woods for short cuts to places homeless ppl frequent like food banks, churches etc... IMO, it's a no brainer, who ever made the call from their stolen cell phone took the baby. And what are the odds that the call was made to this same known meth addict, homeless man's ex-girlfriend??? IMO, it's so blantenly obvious it was him. BUT, here is the problem, they did bring this guy in for questioning, he denied it of course, and they just don't have the evidence they need on him to make an arrest. So unfortunately, unless he confesses, their won't be an arrest and these parents will continued to be vilified in the public probably forever. Sadly, I think he killed the baby, or it died of exposure. The witnesses who saw that man with the baby reported the baby was not dressed for the cold temperatures that night. I do feel he buried her in the woods or threw her in the water. After all these years, there would be only skeletal remains left, and since it was a baby, I think it would be like a needle in a haystack. I don't mean any disrespect to the family, cause I know they still have to have hope she is alive, I understand that, but in my heart I feel she is now safe in the arms of Jesus.
The way the witnesse said she observed the man carrying the baby. Says he was supporting the head makes me believe that he was hired to find that baby for a family who could not have a baby. The reason I say that was after hearing a friend who could not have a child saying that she herself had thoughts of doing that. She participated in the foster system and felt that some people just didn't deserve to have a child. Or she felt that if they had a healthy child once then they could have another. That shocked me! Cause it's someone i knew my whole life. She stressed that she would never do that of course. So my point is some people and child less family's that have money are doing things like child abduction to have a family. It's awful and I pray they get their baby back. Raeshelle Delvalle if you believe that a mother is negligent to be totally blitzed while a child is in her care? Yeah. She IS responsible. And folks like that will often change their story because they know INSIDE that they have been lackadaisical in their parenting to the point that they basically ALLOWED this to happen. As an adult, you don’t have to condone it. You don’t have to contribute to it. You simple can look away. That’s all it takes.

Then the surveillance footage showed her in the store buying boxed wine, without the baby. Then she changed it to 640pm was the last time she saw the baby. 640pm to 12 or 1 am is a longgggg period of time for a mom not to check on her small infant.
the mom's behavior, and her changing story, are both extremely suspicious.... she either did it or is an accomplice.

When the mother admits to being drunk before noticing her child is missing then you know something isn't right. She changed her story, failed the polygraph and during the plea to bring her home the mother was faking emotion as there are no tears. My theory is she was bathing the baby and got distracted (was drunk in her own words) and the baby drowned. Poor wee thing.
I know parents must sleep and I may jus b a very paranoid mother of 4 but my kids are 14,11,9 n 6 and I dnt care what time of the night it is if I hear any sound I’m up I can tell u what kid made what sound n what they r doing!!!!! If someone tried open a window in my house granted we hav a small 4 bedroom home I would know!!!! Plus all windows n doors remain locked b4 bed I check every window n every door!!!! Those people need to be caught and punished. - but if we assume she is alive and well, then maybe (a thought experiment) she may live in a family and be loved.... and know nothing of this. ... she has no memory of any other family, so if she is found and returned it will be so incredible difficult for her. Because she will loose that family she has and know and love, - - these things are so difficult on many levels because it gets so complicated.

I’d get in my car and follow him. I’d chase him as if it was my own child. When I was being stalked, I watched this man in his van with a mirror outside my house. Every day I hoped he wouldn’t be parked outside, staring at my house through his side view mirror. For 4 days straight he was there. The cops said they couldn’t do anything. After 4 days of feeling like I was a prisoner in my own home, I grabbed a mirror, and with my back to his van, sitting on my couch, I positioned the mirror so I could stare at him through my living room window and waited for a moment when he was preoccupied. When he was, I charged at his van and made a quick left to my car. Jumped in my car, turned on the engine, threw it in reverse, and stared at him through the window. I was staring at him like I was going to kill him. He dropped his newspaper. Put his car in reverse, sped off and I chased him down a populated two way street. He hit traffic from people picking up their kids from school, and he entered oncoming traffic in an attempt to get away from me. I didn’t follow him....but it was a straight road, and I watched him from behind the line of traffic. I saw his car turn up ahead of me. I started searching that neighborhood for his van. I found it abandoned in a church parking lot. He was either hiding in it or he’d ran. And he never returned to stalk me again.

The cadaver dog smelled the scent of a dead body in mom's room. And then there's the predictable sighting of a "mystery man" in the neighborhood. I think it's very rare that someone breaks into a house and snatches an infant. Perhaps after seeing cases such as Susan Smith and Casey Anthony I am a skeptic but this something seems off about this case.

Sorry this video was uploaded 2 days ago but baby lisa went missing in 2011...that was almost 9 Year's ago. Im from Kansas City. I was actually pregnant at the time with my first son whos 8 now. So many things weren't right. I definitely looked at the mom with all the evidence that surfaced. How could you not honestly :/ that poor baby :'(
I live a couple blocks from this family. I have talked to the mother and a lot of us in the neighborhood have been to several candle light prayers for her. There are still so many stories going around. There were several people that did see a man that night carrying a baby and it was said the baby had no clothes on but only a diaper and it was so cold out that night. Police came to everyone's doors and searched every house and inside every house around the area. We still talk about it today. We would all love answer's. So many stories of kidnapp, drugs, drug deals gone wrong. I really wish they would have continued looking. Feels like police, FBI and all other agencies gave up too quick.

I was just thinking how many stories of people seeing something wrong and don't alert anyone. Just read about a case where nieghbors heard a woman screaming and they knew it was really bad, what did the husband say? I didn't want to get involved. And that hits home because for hours my ex was beating me and I almost died. My neighbor heard but put a pillow over his head because he couldn't stand hearing it!

Their cellular phones were took out of their home the same night baby Lisa went Missing and the man that did it called his girlfriend on the parents cellular phone and this Mystery man is the same man that was seen walking with a baby. His name was Jersey. The cops did a BAD job on this case. Just because a Mother drinks wine doesn't make her a baby killer. May God Bring Justice.

And there was video showing a man walking with a baby! So, I can't say for sure that the mom is involved or not. There's just too many witnesses saying there was man out with a baby early In the morning.
@Tara...I agree!! Not only were there approximately 4 witnesses who saw that man, with the baby. Their cellphones were also stolen the night Lisa was taken. They confirmed a call was made from one of the phones. It was made to an ex-girlfriend of a homeless man , known to break into houses in the area. He is also a known meth addict and a pyromaniac. During that same night, a fire was reported to be set in a commercial trash can in the area. They found baby clothes in that dumpster, however, the parents did say it was not baby Lisa's clothes. But it would not be unusual for a homeless person to possess clothes that do not belong to them. It is known that some homeless ppl who get free clothes from churches etc.. will get women's and children clothes in bulk and will then turn around and sell them to ppl for a few extra bucks to put in their pocket. So to me, it made sense that he was trying to rid any evidence of a baby, because I do believe he is the one the witnesses saw with the baby that night. All of the witnesses said he looked like he was homeless. Also, they also can see a man coming out of the woods, on surveillance footage from a gas station, around 2am in the morning that same night. He looked like he was running out of the woods, the SAME woods that are a mile away from where baby Lisa's parents live. It makes perfect sense to me that the known Meth head, would be up running around in the woods in the middle of the night, as meth is a stimulant that keeps you up for days, and also makes ppl do Strange things..like steal a baby. A homeless man would be familiar with the woods as well, as many camp out or walk through the woods for short cuts to places homeless ppl frequent like food banks, churches etc...
IMO, it's a no brainer, who ever made the call from their stolen cell phone took the baby. And what are the odds that the call was made to this same known meth addict, homeless man's ex-girlfriend??? IMO, it's so blantenly obvious it was him. BUT, here is the problem, they did bring this guy in for questioning, he denied it of course, and they just don't have the evidence they need on him to make an arrest. So unfortunately, unless he confesses, their won't be an arrest and these parents will continued to be vilified in the public probably forever. Sadly, I think he killed the baby, or it died of exposure. The witnesses who saw that man with the baby reported the baby was not dressed for the cold temperatures that night. I do feel he buried her in the woods or threw her in the water. After all these years, there would be only skeletal remains left, and since it was a baby, I think it would be like a needle in a haystack. I don't mean any disrespect to the family, cause I know they still have to have hope she is alive, I understand that, but in my heart I feel she is now safe in the arms of Jesus.

The way the witnesse said she observed the man carrying the baby. Says he was supporting the head makes me believe that he was hired to find that baby for a family who could not have a baby.
The reason I say that was after hearing a friend who could not have a child saying that she herself had thoughts of doing that. She participated in the foster system and felt that some people just didn't deserve to have a child. Or she felt that if they had a healthy child once then they could have another.
That shocked me! Cause it's someone i knew my whole life. She stressed that she would never do that of course.
So my point is some people and child less family's that have money are doing things like child abduction to have a family. It's awful and I pray they get their baby back.
