      Cops will have investigated ALL customers first off, that's the most obvious line of enquiry. It obviously turned up nothing. She MUST have known this guy to buzz him in - if as people say, she was cautious by nature. Police must have investigated everyone who knew her - but a passing acquaintance could slip through the net. The video images are poor, but good enough to recognise the guy if he's someone well known to her. He had to be a passing acquaintance/contact, but not from previous bank transactions or cops would have ID-ed him by now.

      Or if he touched the buzzer in order for her to let him in, they could’ve maybe got something off that. I can’t see the cops using the buzzer when they got there so he would’ve been the last person to touch it. Or maybe the cops did dust it for fingerprints but too many people had touched it before him. I don’t know. It’s very strange and sad.

      @Jess-jt4zf 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Maybe they did do that but don't have a match on the avilable databases. You need a person to match those fingerprints to or they are useless. Most of the time LE don't share all the information they have, especially if they belive It's something they could use to trap the criminal later with. Like information only the killer would know could identify him or if they don't mention they have a clear set of fingerprints he might leave them again on another crime scene. If they release the information he will just change his M. O. and start to use gloves. Though maybe they coudn't get his fingerprints because the crime scene was contaminated or he wasn't worried about leaving any because he was there before or is a hitman with no connections to the victim.

    1. He befriended her/dated her/got to know her, knowing she worked at that job to trick her, to rob the store.
    2. He was a hitman hired by someone else who worked there or a friend of hers. The reason why she let him in was maybe he was told to befriend her to make tricking her into letting him in easier.
    3. Ex who snapped, decided to rob where she worked and killed her when realizing she pushed the button.
    Idk..I hope they find out who he is. She deserves justice...

    My aunt works for AA and she said that when she saw the video, it was clear the person took a FILE, not after money. Money could’ve been secondary to cover the actual purpose there, but it is clear that the money bags aren’t that big and you see a bit of the Manila folder in the bag as they’re leaving.
    Also, if we can’t see their face....how do we know it’s a man? Sure, it looks like a man from the grainy footage, but oAne thing freaking cops always bungle is the assumption is that it wouldn’t be a woman...which would also prevent her from fearing fearful when opening the door.
    I think they were after a folder and got it. They took cash to make it seem like a robbery. That makes more sense than just wanting money. It is highly unlikely that people are targeted like that during AA robberies. I believe she is the only one who’s been killed while everyone else who robs the place usually tries to get as much money as possible. I’m just saying...the cops need to get out of thinking like cops and starting thinking like the criminal...they’re obviously pretty smart to have planned this out the way they did.

    This is an Open and shut case. All they have to do is thoroughly view all the video surveillance from the past 90 days, look closely at all the customers that are of simular build. Then check the log on those days to see what transactions were made and those customers names, especially males around 40 to 50 years old. AND, if I remember correctly, every Cash Advance place like that requires you to take a picture for your file in order to do business with them. Cleary she knew this guy based on how comfortable she felt by letting him in. Hes most likely a current or previous customer who knew her. Maybe they have a history or he owed money that he couldn't pay who knows. However that fact that he came in with the silencer on the gun cocked and ready to kill raises the question of motive. Money doesn't seem to be his main focus, To kill her was his mission. Hes on one of those videos. His name is in their system. He knew her and that she'd be there that day by herself. And I guarantee hes still in that area keeping close tabs on the case. This is a sad one. Those children need their mom. Hope they catch this monster.

  • @Spennydoesart

    1. Why are we assuming she knows him? Because she buzzed him in? I need more information. I mean, do they buzz each individual customer in or was the store closed and she just decided to buzz him in? It's important, because if they generally just buzz customers in, there's no indication that she could of known him.2. His obvious goal was money - He took her out quickly and then immediately looked for cash. (60 secs and he was out)3. Based off the information provided in this video, it seems that his motive was money and that he's been in that location before. He never looked directly at the camera or looked around for any surveillance. He's probably been a customer (came in at LEAST once) and likely didn't leave a paper trail. 4. Lastly, everyone wants to comment on the silencer. I think that only proves he wanted to get in and out (for money)(possible disgruntled about a business transaction he MAY have done there at some point prior) without being noticed by anyone immediately.

    That poor lady was definitely the reason and intended target. Most robbers (if that's what he truly was) usually hold their victims at gunpoint to make them open money vaults or safe before killing. This guy did neither which leads me to believe he purposely came to that store with one motive in mind and it wasn't to rob the place. I hope they eventually catch him, but given the passing of years, dude is probably long gone from the state by now. Hit men don't usually stick around.

Brought a silencer because he knew it was in a strip mall and had neighboring businesses in case he needed to use it. Didn't know the business well enough to be a former employee or he would've came at a time with more cash and known right where to look. Also the door was locked to the outside. I hope the police talked to her classmates/friends to see if anyone recognizes this guy.
