A tip for the airbubbles forming when i were trying to roll is to poke the top part with a fork a few times so the air escapes while rollin 😊

New owners and they are Italians from Italy 🇮🇹. I'm definitely going to try this as soon as I get to the store for some Reggiano cheese. I'm going to make individual size and freeze them.
