This one’s for the fans. The one thing I love about doing these analyses is finding out the real side of these celebrities. I want to know what makes them tick. For instance, I had no idea Johnny Depp was such an introvert! I always just thought he was playing some sort of reclusive character during interviews. But even when I went back all the way to one of his first interviews, he was always the quiet, shy type. And he even said it in an intervew: When Johnny is acting, he feels free to be and act as wild and crazy as possible. But when off set? He doesn't feel so confient. Who would have thought that one of the world's biggest celebrities, the guy who was in Blow, Edward Scissorhands, Once Upon A Time In Mexico, Pirates Of The Caribbean, Dark Matter, The Tourist-(shall I go on) would be someone who doesn't really like the spotlight.
It's funny that almost all celebrities are actors because they love the art of acting-not because they love the idea of being famous. And that's exactly what this video was about: FAME. The crazy part of fame is that the more you try to become famous, the less likely it will happen. If you just follow the four steps I detail in today's video-you might have a chance of getting there. But like Johnny Depp says, most of getting famous is about luck.
I hope to chat with you in the comments. And see you next week for Blake Shelton's analysis!

(In response to the question you put to the audience in this vid)
In the past, I was afraid that people would judge me for my love of classical music. I did everything in my power to avoid the topic of music interests and tried to mask my complete ignorance of pop artists by pretending I knew them. Now, I have grown to love what I love, instead of what OTHER people love. If someone asks me "what's your favorite song?", or "who do you listen to?" I can comfortably say 'Hayden's Gavotte" or "you gotta LOVE Faure" without the least bit of embarasment. I actually don't care anymore whether people make weird faces at me (they still do!) or openly express their confusion and shock at my choice of genre.

      Eliya, we are musical brothers!
J also like classical music so much, and my favourite composers are Germans and Austrians ; Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, Handel, Haydn, Wagner, Weber.
In my family, no one listens classical music, and no one among my friends, but J am loyal to my taste, and J discovered that genre by myself.
Operas are the holidays for my ears.
      After classical music is Rock'n'Roll.
      Especially British.
      Greetings from Serbia!

As someone famous once said (can't remember who) "If someone makes you light yourself on fire, in order to keep THEM warm, leave". I feel like this applies to society in general nowadays. If you are sacrificing your own SELF in order to fit into the selves of OTHERS, you are killing yourself, and all the creativity that entails.

I feel like Billie Eilish really embodies the philosophy of "be yourself without misgivings". She is completely unafraid of being different as she even said herself "I actually like people looking at me weirdly, it makes me feel interesting". You should REALLY do a Billie analysation, although she might be a bit obviously quirky to even say anything about. But she has probably one of the biggest fan bases of any artist, so you gonna get a HECK A TON of views if you do her.

THANK YOU Anthony for this post, and the upcoming ones. In the past, I had to get my degrees and whatever to do work I wanted to do to serve my Native American people, yet I always kept myself. Shocked many a person. Now, almost fifty years later ,surviving cancer, and several serious vehicle accidents I have returned to my own Foundation and work with high risk youth, veterans, and first responders and their children in equine therapy and lock down programs. I was always afraid of the great "they" that say "we have a program" so would often tone down a project to get in.......then decided to stop. I was doing work with women and girls who were in prison because "their man" had talked them into something or other, and then turned states evidence when they got caught. The women and girls got prison time, the men often got time served and walked away. I worked in programs with heavy duty psychiatric books for the clients to read, it was not working. A friend and I wrote instead "Addicted to Dick". The girls and women got it at once. Two years ago I was speaking to a Director of Children's Services about the horror of the increasing numbers of children maimed and killed by their Moms boyfriends.................I wrote "Addicted to Dick 2018". Again the women and girls got it, and many families called and asked if they could use the book to help not just their own daughter, but her friends who were at risk of this horror. The formal agencies said again, we have a program. I say, it is not working. I was told in my research that there are approximately 3 million kids across our nation in danger and being constantly abused, molested and tortured in their own homes, with their own Mothers doing nothing. I now just go out and talk to kids and parents in parks, or wherever, because I don't care what people think. I just hope that even one child does not have to live this horror. Thank YOU for making me feel that weird is better than just going to their projects and wasting time and money that do not help the kids, or their Mothers. Looking forward to the next segment.

I was afraid of expression through clothes and making myself feel good in masc and feminine clothes because I was scared of being judged if something I wore was either too outgoing or too basic, instead of wearing what made me happy and feel good. So I spent my time wearing stuff that were just joggers and tees so I wouldn’t stand out and in a way so that I wouldn’t be confident in my self cause I felt being confident or being seen as someone who stands out was a bad thing cause I didn’t want to be labelled as cool. But now this summer I have worked on where whatever I want and I am so much happier cause I feel even more beautiful and not like I am hiding any part of myself.

In the past I was stage fright as hell oh, I was afraid that people weren't going to like my performances. So I avoided the stage as much as possible and I only practiced by myself. At some point along the way I just decided that if I really wanted to explore my creativity and my passion of the Arts that I would have to stop being scared of what other people thought and start doing what I love despite other people's opinions. I started by joining chorus, band, and art class. Performing in big groups so that I wasn't as nervous, then I joined theater and started doing main stage plays. I found a love for acting and without realizing it I went from playing ensemble to playing the most weird and bizarre outlandish characters. I've had a couple lead roles but in every play I join I look for the character that sticks out, the character that's different, and the character that I can play with the most. Now I love being on stage and I love showing people the final works of all of my passions. Music art acting you name it.

You should do Thomas Shelby in Peaky Blinders. He's such a hard person to connect with (seemingly), yet everyone seems to love him and want him to love them. From his brothers, friends, the people he employs, to the women in his life. No matter how much he does or says wrong (and if you haven't watched the show, believe me: it's a lot), everyone always slowly but surely crawls their way back to him.
That would be a really interesting analysis.

I know its a little out of place but you should do an study of the bts members. If you could investigate a little you will notice that they are very different from each other, yet all of they are incredible charming. Their energy and source of inspiration comes from different places. Take it as a little side project, a lot of BTS fans would be interested in hearing your opinion about them.

Something I was scared to do was play sports.. I was scared of it being my first time without any experience whatsoever. I would always say “imagine being an athlete”or “imagine being able to call yourself an athlete” . but then I started playing a lot of sports. I played volleyball 🏐 which I really like, then I played soccer ⚽️, and I was just recently running track 🏃🏾‍♀️and now that i’m going to high School I’m definitely playing basketball 🏀 for the first time I tried and I’m trying all those things for the first time, except for soccer which I played with my friends for fun but I knew it was nothing like what was going on at school with a coach and everything. Moral of my story just go for it, it’s fun 😌.

I used to try and wanting to fit in,cause life is harsh you know, until i had a breakdown and i started to question myself, like why do i have to accept and adapt while people keep on pretending, don't they get tired of it.. I'm sick of pretending, so i came out of my shell.. and i was right, nobody wants to be friends with me..I don't think I'm weird, but those people are..
i may lost tons of people i thought were my friends but i gained one freakin gem , the first and only person who just sat there listening and engaged in conversation ,where i laughs a bit seeing a funny shaped clouds, and mumbling about my childhood ,jumping all over different topics..
I was in highschool and talking about funny looking clouds was enough to get a whole class to laugh at how childish you are.. but she just sat there and listened, i never felt so heard in my life.. the craziest part is ,we used to hated each others, especially her, then got stuck in the same class, we slowly getting close over the years..
And now we're 24yo and getting closer and stronger.. we only friends with each other but i gotta tell you that it's more than enough to make up for all those posers.. she's also the one who encouraged me to get back into arts which my families discouraged years ago in order to have better academic performance..
Be true to yourself, the right persons , happiness and hopefully all good things, will come your way

I personally think that I was a poser a while back. Actually no, up until maybe 1 or 2 years ago.
Slowly I started being more authentic with myself, and each day I notice how many people drift away. Instead of me feeling sad about it like I would have in the past (even though I knew I wasn't being my true weird unique self) I feel more relieved, as I feel I am able to openly follow my soul's true passions more. After having stumbled across your videos and after binge watching quite a few reaction videos
(oops, sorry not sorry) I've realised we can all access a level of charm if we are just authentically ourselves. But we have to do it to make ourselves happy, not to make others like us.. Anyway before I ramble on, thank you for your wonderful videos. I thoroughly enjoy them. Much love everyone. Peace out

Just asking, but how did you manage to break free from that?
I feel like I faked a lot throughout the past year, mainly as an attempt to be more like myself around people (sounds like a contradiction at first, I know). When I get anxious it feels impossible to be myself & I turn into a quiet, shy person (quite the opposite of who I am) so I tried to force myself to be more true to myself to avoid giving people a false perception of me. Obviously faking in order to be "true to myself" didn't work very well xD
It'd be great to know how others got out of that rut!

    • @iolemaffei
      @iolemaffei 4 ปีที่แล้ว

Striving for new horizons I 100% relate to you on this. This was an issue I had as well😂 Tbh it’s an issue that took a while to get out of because it comes down to caring about what other people think, and ofc as humans we will always to an extent care about what others think😂
What I did and still remind myself to do is not care how I come across. If in that moment I don’t feel comfortable being loud and quirky then I will do what makes me feel comfortable, and remind myself that that is ok, because I’m still being me .. just a different part of me. We all have different facets. I think being authentic is just doing what you feel is right for you in that moment. So if that is being shy and quiet then be that in that moment, if it’s loud and chatty then be that(: Whatever feels right in that very moment is you being authentic to yourself, no matter what someone else says.
      I hope this helps💕😊
