The Autograph journey in a business version would be VERY popular imo Alot of businesses have high travel and dining spend so it would make a lot of sense
@@whovion3967 If you travel Frequently, mayve the Capital One Venture X could come in handy at Unimited 2x. Despite the $395 Annual Fee, if you were to travel a lot, the Hotel Credit and Anniversary Bonus Points would cover that fee either by a majority or a completely.
Because of their annoying visa-only requirement, I feel like the capital one venture cards are the only way I know how to get 2x TRAVEL points at Costco.
My 1.5X CPP min baseline travel strategy will be the CSR, USBAR, and Amex Business Plat. CSR for hotels, USBAR for general travel, and Amex Business Plat for 1.54X on United Flights. (United is my nearest hub so most of my flights will be with them)
Do you usually book through the Chase portal? And where are you booking United flights through? Would you benefit from the personal Platinum and getting 5x points direct with airlines?
@@KevinYang Not always through Chase portal as I always compare, but mostly for hotels that aren't the major brands (Hilton, Marriott.) For flights I book direct with the Amex Plat. But redemption will be through the Amex business Plat. The USBAR will be for general travel that I don't need to think about redemption, just get the text and use points. Of course transfer partners to airlines for international flights is still the best value. (Or UR points to Hyatt.) But this way I sleep in peace knowing points were used ~1.5CPP across the board.
Hey kev, I just turned 18 a few days ago and I wanted to start trying to build credit. I bank with Wells Fargo, so I wanted to ask if it’s worth it to get Active cash card.
It's a decent card, but to start off your journey, I'd recommend Chase cards first, likely the Freedom Unlimited or Freedom Flex! They're (relatively) easy to qualify for, no annual fee so you keep them open forever, and are useful as you build up your Chase setup!
Hi Kevin, thank you for this video. Do you know if the Autograph includes Netflix as a Streaming Category and Car insurance premiums as Transit to get 3X? Thank you for y our response.
Hard to say - the official list does not include Netflix (www.wellsfargo.com/credit-cards/autograph-visa/streaming) but datapoints online show people getting 3x on items not listed there. I would think it's a no for the car insurance against travel though.
Question for you: Do you regularly use all the cards in your setup? Which is your FAVORITE Everyday card? 👇
I use Chase Freedom Unlimited and AmEx Gold for personal spending. I use the Chase Ink Cash and AmEx Blue Business Plus for business spending.
The big problem is that it is Wells Fargo.
No not really
What kind of troubles has Wells Fargo caused you?
I bank with them and have a credit card from Wells Fargo and I've had no problems with them at all! I love the mobile application!
@@KevinYang none
Google any credit card carrier, all have the same issues lol
Can you transfer points from the SavorOne to the Venture X Business? Or only to the personal Venture X?
Just got the freedom unlimited with the promo of 1.5% extra for every category for the first year so Its gonna be my catch all credit card for a while
I got it too, but didn’t realize I will have to put like 12k spend on it to beat the normal sub 😢

Nice! That's a great offer if you have a certain level of spend, since you lose out on the typical bonus of $200

I would image they have that on their roadmap at some point!
Hey Kevin, you got any suggestions for the best card to get for costco?
I would say the Wells Fargo Active Cash Card, the Chase Freedom Unlimited, and the Bank of America Customized Cash Rewards Card.
Citi's Costco card is decent, maybe the US Bank Altitude Reserve for mobile payments, or any 2% or 2x Visa card would be best imo!
AAA Daily Advantage. Pure 3% cashback

What are the redemption options for the Wells fargo cards, can the cashback be transferred to a bank account?
I believe yes! As well as other means like covering purchases,
No. Or at least I haven't figured out how.
