@@xyzmediaandentertainment8313 Uhh that basically is caveman status. It would even be generous to say it looked 5,000 years old. He usually rejects anything modern so yes many ppl are surprised to see it in his house
Man ive just gotta say, his attitude is humbling. I envy his ability to appreciate what he has and the simple parts of life. It kind of makes all the modern complications that make life today stressful seem a little bit insignificant
This was really informative..not a better or worse way to live..just different..a simpler harder life in some ways but uncomplicated as ours can sometimes be.Thank you Mama..Love and hugs from Canada 🇨🇦 🤗
Thank you for inviting us in to see your spacious home and your quiet village! I loved those beautiful tapestries and fabrics, and I admire your respect of traditional ways while modernizing slightly. Your goats were very pretty! I bet they taste pretty good too. Swings seem to be enjoyed by children all around the world. What a unique look into your world. Having grown up on my grandparents' farm in the country, it's so very interesting to see how other country dwellers live in various areas and cultures around the world. :^) May God bless you and your family for your wonderful hospitality, may He keep your village in peace, & visit you in your dreams. ❤🙏🏼❤ Edit & postscript: If the money could be raised to purchase a basic (non-motorized) wheelchair for your disabled son, would it be usable in your home? I am also disabled, but can walk with a walker or 2 canes. It hurts my heart that he doesn't appear to have a mobility aid.
It's cool how tech is getting useful and affordable, to the point where you can have electricity without having to depend on the grid. I wonder if there's tech, that does for water treatment and purification, what Mustafas solar panels are doing for his lighting and ventilation. If there's not, I bet it won't be long until there is.
I'm from Oregon and I think Mama Mustafa might have the shock of his life if he ever came here and was surrounded by the greenery and rain. I like the simple way he and his village lives but I would miss the greenery! (Not so much the rain).
What a lovely home! So spread out and open with such thoughtful design. The double cooking area in the kitchen with the built in shelving is wonderful! This family must be a very popular stop with all of the bedding and seating available for guests. The courtyard must make for a beautiful spot to have large gatherings at night.
No wonder he doesn’t like too much variety of foods! He only eats what his land provides and I can imagine how strange it must be to taste so many new flavors that at his age he can’t acquire.
Living in Karachi and we had no idea how village people in our own country live like! a whole different world, Fascinating! love the mountains and simple yet effective system he has created Mashallah
Such an amazing home! Mustafa is my favorite guest and enjoy his commentary lol. I love his passion for preserving his culture and traditional heritage, and obvious love for his homeland. It's a beautiful thing. Thank you for sharing your home with us and giving the tour!
Thank you for this. I appreciate how peaceful and self-sustaining it is, and how welcoming to guests the people are. No one in Mama's family will ever want for a home and a bed, and I respect that.
So many birds!! And the goats are lovely. Even though they are naughty, frisky little things! I am fascinated by the ceiling construction! I would love a video about the construction of these houses, and other buildings. Amazing what they made by hand. Impressive!! I would love to see a meal prepared in Mama's home, too.
I’ve always liked this man very much and what a great sense of humor he has. That’s a very big compound he has and you can tell he’s worked very hard on it and is slowly but surely moving into the modern ages. He’s a very cool man and I would be so happy to meet him. He’s also such a good family man and cares so much for his family. I live in Chicago a very big city in the US and was raised here and I couldn’t imagine what it would be like growing up there but I’m sure it’s the same for them and wouldn’t want to live in a big modern city. I would love to visit there it looks so peaceful not like here. I’ve always been very found of him and his honesty and again what a cool guy he is.
He’s definitely my favourite because he is genuine , humble and very wise. His home is everything I envisaged , simple , cultural, practical and welcoming. Guessing by the hundreds of bedding he has stored, he is obviously very hospitable and has guests all the time. I bet at night when it’s dark everywhere , the sky is lit up with stars , it’s one of my favourite activities when I visit my ancestral lands in Kashmir , Himalayas. I would miss not having greenery and running water , as a Kashmiris , we can’t survive without our streams and rivers and Lush green valleys but this place has its own beauty.
Love you Mama Mustafa!! Thank you for showing us your home! May God continue to bless you. You are good people! Maybe God will bless you with a few more chickens and a rooster. I hope he does.
please show Mustafa some videos on rocket stoves and thermal mass heaters. both can be made of mud and use much less wood than his current oven and/or winter heater. his resources would go much further.
It's 6:01 am and this is the first video I am watching today while drinking tea. Love from Canada. 🇨🇦 Edit: I have already watched this video in the past. Mama has a very nice place!
The Brahui language spoken in the video is related to Dravidian languages like Tamil, so maybe that is the connection. My family is from Northern Punjab in Pakistan and speak a dialect of Punjabi, Pothwari-Pahari, and we use the term “mahva” for our maternal uncles (in Urdu, the word is mamoo).
Very nice home! Plenty of room! Beautiful blankets and carpets and pillows! No doubt from your people who have the gift of weaving and decorating the material. I love all the colors! No doubt your family are very good hosts to your guests! Thank you for the very nice tour of your cozy happy home! 😊🌷👍🌺🪷🕊️ ਸ਼ਾਬਾਸ਼!!!!! 🥳
Its certainly puts things in perspective and shows how you can truly be happy with what many of would consider to be very little. Feels kind of silly to cry about energy costs and whatnot when you see how many others live their lives.
These people have nothing compared to us "normal" Americans. They are almost Primitive Camping, year round! Yet the possession they have the most of is beds for visitors. Humbling! Very thankful he shared his home & family. Much Respect!
I was amazed at how big his house was. Extremely primitive but huge. I was also shocked to see he had solar panels. That’s awesome. I assume they sleep on the floor and eat on the floor. I could get on the floor but I wouldn’t be able to get back up. 😂
This has made me very nostalgic! In my house, we still use paitis to store old stuff. Also, the swings! I used to swing all the time whenever I used to visit my grandfather's place!
Such a lovely home that is so well planned with rooms bigger than my whole house. I've always been drawn to such remoteness and seeing this is so wonderful. Modern life can make you feel trapped and pointless. I have given up most of it just to try to get back to a simple life like this.
There is a trade off for everything and while he (and they) don’t live with most modern things? They are living such a pure and beautiful way.. simple is something we often overlook but it’s such a gorgeous and peaceful means of life. I wish the best for them all
Although it s a reupload, Thanks for refreshing my memory about Mama Mustafa house tour. I was wondering what is their current situations in the village post big flood in Pakistan.
We all started like this, every culture and country, if you removed all technology mama will be OK, he would act like nothing has happened. It's a pity the youth will forget the lessons of the old and when things reset we will suffer a double loss.
I want to move to this village, build a large mud home like this with a huge walled yard and raise goats. I wonder if these people would sell me some land. Only problem is the language. I guess I could learn enough words to get by. I would help grandpa repaint his guest room for sure. Definitely he needs more pillows against the wall.
There are manual machines that make hard compressed earth brick that lasts for multiple decades. Show them how it is made so they can upgrade there homes and make more things that can help them produce and store their food. I love seeing this and witnessing others lives. For me it's like camping and then not. Such a barren and empty land. So different yet functional and complete. Love to visit but can honestly say I wouldn't want to exist this way.
