Sup Kid! If you think it's appropriate calling you that haha.
I love your channel man, actually i love many of those "underdog" manga channels that are spread all over TH-cam, actually focusing on not well known mangas and making we aware of their existence, many focus solely on the mainstream authors and works that it ends up being really monotonous. Thanks for your channel, btw, i'm definitely going to check this manga, as soon as i finish my current readings. Have a nice day.

I think the reason a lot of people were dissapointed in the release is cause it was getting promoted as a must have for fans of junji ito and kazuo umezu so people were expecting it to be a certain way. I myself didn't expect it to have a lot of dark comedy. It was a bad idea of a marketing tactic I think. But I also think a legit horror fan who enjoys all sorts of horror would understand what makes this collection a good time. And I love her artstyle a lot it's so spooky and fun!

Thank you for this video. I really love her work ( both her creepily cute art style and dark humour type of horror) and am sad that we may never get more translations of her other work. It is actually upsetting how many people didn't bother to look her up and don't know she has been working long before Junji Ito. Junji Ito is one of my favourites and was my gateway into horror manga and I view a lot of his work as funny. A lot of my favourite horror movies, tv shows ( including anime) and books, include dark humour. I especially love when 'cute' things are creepy (children, creatures from folklore that a lot of people don't know have dark origins like fairies and mermaids, animals, people who appear gentle etc)

Thank you for your comments. I agree with every word you said! Have you read something from Hideshi Hino?
