They cut open my sack a few days ago to determine what my pain came from. It was just an inflammation. They gave me antibiotics and painkillers but dang... the pain after the surgery was like constant ballkicking. If you feel any pain in the boys - GO TO THE DOCTOR!
Think I started running into epididymitis around the year 2001. Several occurrences over the years. 2019 started seeing Urologist frequently and last year had tons of bladder stones(particularly August of this year to now)and I said bladder stones because they were soft and CAT scan in September showed kidneys were OK. They were all forming in the bladder. I have a large prostate(BPH as was thought) which were obviously causing me not to void properly, which has led to the formation of bladder stones and now, after I changed, urologist, first visit, led to procedures, and was just diagnosed Friday with cancer after PSA and biopsy, as we were preparing to do a rotor rooter so that was all put on hold because of prostate cancer and now I’m about to have that removed. Certainly disappointing that First urologist wasn’t more thorough the last year and a half. But moot point now. Will use the da Vinci robotic procedure. After reviewing your video, it seems to be obvious. There could be a correlation, with the epididymitis especially when you said not properly voiding. I’m 65.
Update Had surgery to remove prostate Tuesday before Christmas. However, first procedure was to cystoscope bladder to remove known stones. Apparently a good many old and new were removed and tumor was discovered, removed and bladder “scraped”. Dr said cancer and thought different from that of prostate. Stopped short of removing prostate to reassess. Will see him Wednesday(day after tomorrow) to hear updated recommended plan of treatment. In the meanwhile, this catheter is not comfortable. I covet all prayers

If you're having these symptoms, it's most like due to bacteria, if you can afford to go to a doctor, do check it out but if u can't try Levoflaxin 500mg twice a day with 12 hrs gap in between. Do this for 2 weeks. Hopefully it will get better. Along with this, take probiotics like garlic, eat raw garlic like one clove of it per day and drink water right after it. Also don't keep sitting for too long, search some pelvic floor exercises from TH-cam and do them. Try to eat a healthy diet. Hopefully this will get you better

I think I have refractory epididymitis. This now officially sucks. It's been ongoing since approximately 2006. It's not constant but comes and goes and can go months without any discomfort before showing up and aching for several days. It's only ever the left side too. Had a bunch of tests and exams over the years and no one's found anything either.
I went to my urologist last week and was put on antibiotics too (Ciprofloxacin) and after a week, I haven't had any change either. However, I found another video on YT where I may have orchialgia, more commonly known as chronic testicular pain. My urologist said if no change occurs after the two weeks of antibiotics, I'll have to get a nerve block injected in the area. Honestly, after having suffered over 15 years of achiness, I'm willing to try anything at this point, even a shot in the nuts.

Other grains, oatmeal, breakfast cereals, nuts and even non organic coffee can all be high in ochratoxin. My liver wasn't detoxing properly and was overloaded. My Dr said it was probably building up for years. The book "Toxic Heal Your Body" by Neil Nathan is a must read if one suspects mold toxicity.

With my experience with chronic epididymitis, with no sign of infection they don't prescribe antibiotics. They prescribe ibuprofen or other pain pill. Also, ice or hot baths. Never removal of the epididymis.

Yes, you can i had epididmo orchists since February 2023 but in August I went to urologist, he prescribed me Novidate 500mg, Augmention 1000 mg, danzen ds, risek for five days, twice a day. After 5 days by Grace of Allah, I cured from it. But now I have hydrocele and epididymitis doctor says we have to operate for hydrocele and otherwise epididymitis will never go.

I got diagnosed with epididymitis after vasectomy had 2 round of doxycycline (for 1 month) still having pain specially when coming down stairs. Doctor suggested surgery but I’m so scared
I was given doxy after a few days of swelling after a vasectomy. On day 5 of medication my temp went sky high so went down to a&e was taken strait in to be treated for potential septicemia. Later that day the said I had abcess above my left ball my right gad hit the 9cm in length by this time. I had surgery the morning after. They told I had epdidymitis. My right testicle is still double the size with growths still 5 weeks after surgery. Think I will go to see the docs in a few weeks if still no change.

They prescribed me levofloxacin or however u spell it. Its been 36 hours since ive taken the 1st dose. Seems to be working but we'll see. I had it when I was younger and before sex. I did however get kicked in the balls at least once while playing sports and maybe just did running ect but I def. got it in my early teens. Somehow a doctor said he could tell later during an exam in my 20s. I guess it was permanently inflammed after the original onset. In my case, I think it was trauma, I never had a fever at the same time as groin pain (that I can recall).
In case it is of interest, I never knew I had the epdydimitis until a doctor noticed. I was able to have kids, do normal things so there was never any noticeable effect. Some people's cases may be worse than mine.

For example, I chopped and carried a lot of wood and many other lifting chores before i was 12. I think I was 13 when i got kicked in the groin real hard playing football. Another time I came off a BMX bike when I botched a jump and well, you know. I often assumed it was that one of those traumas.

Hey , I had epididymitis treated it , did a scrotal scan, did a scrotal scan was told I've hydrocele , not swollen just flappy drops lower than the Right testicle, which is the bigger one and scrotum is red . Was told only surgery can remove the hydrocele , I don't want tht anyway I can remove the hydrocele?
Bro I’m be honest I’ve had the same hydrocele for years now I will say every doctor has told me it’s ok to not wanna have surgery and remove It. You can live with one . They make have to drain it and sew a leakage in the line somewhere. Draining it solely my urologist told me won’t do anything. Look up the procedures on TH-cam there is always an Indian dude getting his removed.
Wow. This happened to me one time. I did see my doctor about it at the time, but I don’t remember if he gave me antibiotics at the time. Contemporaneously, I bought a high quality lumbar support device for my car seat which also had a memory foam seat to it. The foam in my car (which was already quite old) had given way so my balls were kind of in an awkward position. However, after using the car seat for a while, the epididymitis subsided and went away. So perhaps my epididymis had been under some strain due to this sunken driver’s seat. Something bio mechanical might be the problem and the solution.

So I thought I had torn something inside there. But right now I have another painful situation with the same testicle. Because of money, I haven’t gone to the doctor yet. Exactly it happens to me when I sat on it metal chair with tight boxers and pants smash my jewels. I noticed it's always in the right side. Like right now as I right this I have pain cause I was letting the back side of my jewels flap around and rub against the fabric which I think it irritated cause I noticed when I injured it. Now the pain came slowly and progress. I took a hot shower with my tub full of warm water helped sooth the pain. But I think I might have to get Anti biotic to lower the swelling. are you talking about chronic epididymitis? I would think you can get it for a longer period if it is not treated initially. But remember this is an infection, if it is not treated then the infection can spread to other parts of your body like the testes, prostate, and bladder.

I had this when I had mold toxicity. I had high levels of Ochratoxin A.

I've gone through ten anti-biotics and if this last one doesn't work I have to get a piece of my balls removed, you're not out of the woods yet.

I did this to not feed the microbes ( bacteria or eucaryotes ) any macronutrients ( fats , sugars or proteins ) or micronutrients ( vitamins or minerals ) . With my experience with chronic epididymitis, with no sign of infection they don't prescribe antibiotics. They prescribe ibuprofen or other pain pill. Also, ice or hot baths. Never removal of the epididymis.

Yes, you can i had epididmo orchists since February 2023 but in August I went to urologist, he prescribed me Novidate 500mg, Augmention 1000 mg, danzen ds, risek for five days, twice a day. I was given doxy after a few days of swelling after a vasectomy. On day 5 of medication my temp went sky high so went down to a&e was taken strait in to be treated for potential septicemia. Later that day the said I had abcess above my left ball my right gad hit the 9cm in length by this time. I had surgery the morning after. They told I had epdidymitis. My right testicle is still double the size with growths still 5 weeks after surgery. Think I will go to see the docs in a few weeks if still no change.

They prescribed me levofloxacin or however u spell it. Its been 36 hours since ive taken the 1st dose. Seems to be working but we'll see. They had to send my urine out just in case of sti since the emergency room did absolutely nothing lol

Man I was diagnosed with epididymitis and I never have sex my entire life and I'm 21 years old what is the causes of my problem
I had it when I was younger and before sex. I did however get kicked in the balls at least once while playing sports and maybe just did running ect but I def. got it in my early teens. Somehow a doctor said he could tell later during an exam in my 20s. I guess it was permanently inflammed after the original onset. In my case, I think it was trauma, I never had a fever at the same time as groin pain (that I can recall).

In case it is of interest, I never knew I had the epdydimitis until a doctor noticed. I was able to have kids, do normal things so there was never any noticeable effect. Some people's cases may be worse than mine.

For example, I chopped and carried a lot of wood and many other lifting chores before i was 12. I think I was 13 when i got kicked in the groin real hard playing football. Another time I came off a BMX bike when I botched a jump and well, you know. I often assumed it was that one of those traumas.

Wow. This happened to me one time. I did see my doctor about it at the time, but I don’t remember if he gave me antibiotics at the time. Contemporaneously, I bought a high quality lumbar support device for my car seat which also had a memory foam seat to it. The foam in my car (which was already quite old) had given way so my balls were kind of in an awkward position. However, after using the car seat for a while, the epididymitis subsided and went away. So perhaps my epididymis had been under some strain due to this sunken driver’s seat. Something bio mechanical might be the problem and the solution.
