I’m going through it now it’s affecting my mental health and my work life I’m on the urge of losing my job over it, getting to the point where I just want to give up 😢 I’m so depressed 😔 and just want to feel normal again, I’m currently on 10 day course of 750mg ciprofloxacin, I’m actually hoping I have a infection and it clears up, because this is traumatising, I really don’t want to go through with this any longer, I hope you all get this sorted guys because this is not nice at all. Thank you so much for your video on this topic, I appreciate you so much.
Thanks, much appreciated. I have been doing pelvic floor exercises for 6 months and finally the pain has eased. It's been horrendous as the pain was unbearable.
Bro i was diagnosed with epididymitis in right testicle but my pain eased by itself before i even finished antibiotics course and it's been six month but the pain returns when i run a little and i also have anxiety and stress issue and i noticed that my lower abdomen mostly remain contracted so is it the anxiety and tight core that cause pain in right testicle Would be grateful if u share ur experience
Thank you so much, you don't have ANY idea how many tests and doctors I have seen, and no one seam to know what is going on with me, because all tests comes out negative. I have this pain in my right lower side of my rib cage at the same time in my tentacles, and believe now that it's related thanks to you.
Hi i have same issue you have/had with testicle pain, ultrasound and urine tests clear antibiotics x2 did nothing.. please help if you can tell me how did you fix it ? Im 4 months deep ruining my life
Sometimes, testicular pain can be due to varicocele. It happens when the veins in the scrotum become enlarged. Usually feels like a lump in top of the testicle, and the left testicle (moat common) seems lower than the right one. I myself have this and at first I thought it was a tumor on top of my testis.
I’m having the same issue I’ve been to the doctors/hospital multiple times and they’re still not seen nothing. what helped you solved your problem If you don’t mind me asking?!!
Also look into ibs and uti. They both can cause right side testicular pain. I have intermittent testicular pain and small vericocele sometimes and I believe it comes from colonic inflammation. The muscles and nerves down there are all connected.
Found you on TH-cam. And glad I did. I've been dealing with prostatitis for about 2 months. Dr. Has me on antibiotics but I don't think its working. I've been researching myself and found out about pelvic floor muscles. I had no idea that this condition could exist. I've been a lab rat as far as trying anything. I can't seem to find a specialist in my area. Thanks for the video.
Thanks, I have pain in my left testicle, but it comes and goes, it’s a mild pain so it really does not bother me when I have it. Didn’t know it could be caused by a pelvic muscle until now.

Dr's do nothing except get paid for doing nothing about this condition. None of them are worth a hill beans when it comes to this. They are stupid when it comes to really having to work for their money. Ignorant money grubbing bastards.
I have this pain from couple of month during urination burning and testicular pain as well also it’s seems my left testicul is bigger than they right one. I had sciatica nerve pain i did these all exercises before. From few months i have left these all pelvic floor muscles exercises. I have concerned to the Dr 5 days before he gave the medicine which is antibiotic. So i am going to start these exercises again i hope that it will helpful. One more thing wanna add i did the urinate test the Dr said there a little issue in your prostate which is cause of burning during urinate. But the testicular pain is really irritating. I wish that it will fine as soon as possible.
@@honeykumar5448 thank you for concern. my prostate and testicular size become normal size. but still have urge for urination in night at least 3 4 times. maybe cause of irritations. Grace of God much better than before ..
I had a vasectomy a few years ago and shortly after that I had got epididymitis on and off for two years and ended up getting a reversal and it fixed 99% of the pain
I also have pain in my testis. And lower abdomen and medial thigh. And i went to a urologist, he conformed that its not torsion or kidney stone. But iam so stressed out that it will effect fertility,. On internet, when ever i type testicular pain, its first list is about testicular torsion and it really scares me. Doctor only checked my testis for about 10 sec, and told its not a torsion. He even didnt asked where there is pain when touching testis, or other questions. And he sent me home with ranitidine and cyclopam. (Gor gas troble and cramps). Qnd i have this pain even now after 3 days. Iam really worried
@@peterobrien2537 hi thanks fir asking. Now iam fine. I think it comes with muscle strain. I have been hard core running on treadmil the day before starting pain. And now that cronic pain had gone. Even though there will be intermittent irritation to the left testis along with adductor muscle fatigue. But its not noticeable most of the time and it comes only after running(only sometimes )

Homie i feel you, my doctor said there's moderate amount of blood in my pee, i can't actually see the blood so they're doing testing and shit and my doctors assistant said theyd call me the next day and they didn't, Ive never had a panic attack until today so im with you bro. Are you feeling better?
Hey miss. I'm 22 and about 2 weeks ago I thought I could have gotten an sti/std, I went to a clinic got examined and a urine test showed that I had nothing. The pain still consisted so I ended up going to my family doctor and got examined and he said it isn't testicular cancer, isn't epididymitis, isn't a hernia nor is it torsion. He couldnt find anything wrong and told me to relax ( i said are u fricken kidding me?? I'm in pain and i want to get this resolved before it gets worse) he said to drink more water and take a Tylenol. My only option now is to go to the hospital and hope they know what's wrong? I feel a pressure in my lower abdomen/pelvic area along with off and on pain in the testicles that seems to just be getting worse. The pain also shifts from side to side and seems to swell a little bit on both sides but the pain is never on both testicles at the same time its either one or the other. Urination burns a little and I've noticed I need to urinate more often with subtle pain while doing so and it feels like i can never empty my bladder I have to strain to urinate most times. I don't have alot of money or knowledge on any of this. Do you have any advice you could give me or could you possibly point me in a direction to get this resolved before it gets worse? I'm an amateur mixed martial artists and it's really putting a strain on me mentally and physically being to nervous to train because I don't want to worsen the pain.

@@RebalancePhysicalTherapy Hi, I mistakenly stretched my scrotum before a month ago and my urologist diagnosed nerve problem in my scrotum. It take maybe 2 to 3 years to go. I'm very uncomfortable. after 3 days from that stretching incident, when I was outside from my home. I wore jeans that day that was a little bit tight. After a long time standing, I felt pain In scrotum Going to area where belt buckle is placed. Below the stomach. Pain was like something is stretching may left testis from my groin In my left 5 to 6 footsteps. Done ultrasound, urine, blood tests are normal. Done medications, nothing happened. Pain is reduced but still there whenever I stand up after long sitting, I feel like something is dragging my left testis. A bit uncomfortable I am everytime.

Can pelvic pain cause pain in the testicles, pain in lower back pain radiates down leg constipation and stomach pain. I hope my question was respectful.
I experienced testicular pain in my right testicles and the past few days I've been in vigorous exercise. I wanna know if this might be the reason? Please! it's kinda depressing.

Hi there. I'm glad I've found this video and also watched your 30 minute one on your website. Basically I've had constant pain/ache in my epididymis/spermatic cord area (on my right side) for 3 straight months. It started mid-bike ride, I felt uncomfortable straight away but kept going for 30 mins and now I suffer this horrible pain. I also have such a tight/achy right calf to go with it, it's like they are in unison. It's been a really rough 3 months and has had a horrible effect on all aspects of my life, sick leave from work, becoming a hermit etc. Seen multiple doctors, ultrasounds, sperm samples, urine samples, MRI scan but all clear. I keep being directed by others to the idea of a pelvic floor issue. I'm from the UK, but I see you do video consultations among other things, what do you think? Do these things fall under a pelvic floor issue. Would love direction on this as I don't really know where to turn next.

If I can be honest I'm having back pain testicle pain, pain down leg been to multiple Drs. I'm an engineer and technician by trade. Honestly my option is that these Drs really don't know how to troubleshoot, they throw darts and hope one sticks. My thoughts are if you have multiple symptoms it could be related to either the spine or a pinched nerve. Since mine is also with constipation, I'm planning on taki g care of that going to chiropractor, eating healthier and exercising more. I must have been thru 10 Drs and an array of blood urine spermxrays catscans. Maybe we need to do the work on our own.

It basically makes me have a bowel movement. I don’t know why, but I’m worried about it now. Any suggestions? Thank you.

If a person felt a tightness (more than usual) in one testicle during arousal is the best type of doctor to see a urologist or someone else? Also considering the state of arousal when the pain is happening should one expect they may need to recreate that state during an exam or is just explaining it sufficient for dionostic purposes? Final question, do men generally find this to be more comfortable a conversation to have with a male or female doctor? The entire situation seems like one that would cause anxiety which could delay treatment. And its probably not good to delay treatment.

We are sorry you didn’t get what you needed out of this video. Unfortunately we can’t satisfy everyone and our intention is to educate and provide knowledge on a subject that many health professionals and MD’s don’t even understand. I am sorry that you feel as though everything should be free. You have to realize the sheer number of years and self education that goes into truly understanding and helping others. We have tried to create programs that are affordable and at the end will save you all the time and money that goes into just getting the right help. Many have expressed they have spent thousands of dollars, undergone high emotional toll, and lost time in understanding of what is going on. If we can help just a handful of people (which we do all the time) with our content then we have already made a difference. We hope you find what you are looking for and please do not leave negative comments as it doesn’t empower others.
@@RebalancePhysicalTherapy I NEVER stated, nor did I imply that I thought everything should be free. Don't try putting words in my mouth. If you don't want negative comments, then don't use misleading titles.

Women if you have a man who is experiencing that, love them. It’s another way to affectionately love them
Sometimes, testicular pain can be due to varicocele.
@@dolochasin everyone is different, but it’s usually diagnosed with an ultrasound with an urologist or you can go to the ER too
Didi you take any medicine for that , if yes than can you tell me the name
This is what i have now, what was the recommendation to you?

How you’re feeling now?

Thanks, I have pain in my left testicle, but it comes and goes, it’s a mild pain so it really does not bother me when I have it. Didn’t know it could be caused by a pelvic muscle until now.

Can pelvic pain cause pain in the testicles, pain in lower back pain radiates down leg constipation and stomach pain. I hope my question was respectful.
I experienced testicular pain in my right testicles and the past few days I've been in vigorous exercise. I wanna know if this might be the reason? Please! it's kinda depressing.

great info but what about pain at night while when sleeping ? When testis gets warm then the unpleasant pain-discomfort will start. Infection ?
I have been suffering with testis pain for over 5 months now. It all started off with a dumbbell side raise exercise where I bent a little forward and did the raises, suddenly felt some pain in my pubic area for literally 2 seconds. After four days my testis started to hurt and till date its hurting pain. Its really weird pain because i have this pain every 3 to days days. Lasts for whole day and next morning no pain. Again the cycle repeats after 3,4 days.

Is it gone now? How did you get rid of it?
I got hit in my right testicle twice while cycling in January 2020. The pain went away after a few days. When I was doing exercise in April 2020, my right testicle suddenly started paining. The pain lasted a few days and now I'm having a heaviness sensation innmy right testicle since then. It's almost a year now. I have consulted with two urologist and they both checked my testicle and said nothing is wrong. I even did ultrasound and it was normal too. I don't know what's wrong with my ball 😓

I was feeling better a few days ago, but today I’ve been feeling pain again. It’s not a lot of pain, but it feels very discomforting. It makes me poop a lot whenever I put pressure on my testicle. It basically makes me have a bowel movement. I don’t know why, but I’m worried about it now. Any suggestions? Thank you.

You're welcome! We're glad this video helped you.

My left testicle is sore and has seem to have shrunk a little..😢🤔
Could pelvic floor issues cause just tenderness in one testicle when touched? Its not always a constant pain.

That's me at this time.
Any treatment bro I was hitting the gym and my nut hurts
@@Just_Vibing_Bro just make sure you see a doctor to get some antibiotics and pain meds possibly. Put ice on them and also roll up a towel and use it to elevate ur balls to lessen the swelling. other than that take tylenol for the time being but it’s important u go to the hospital
I have pain whenever I touch them... :!
Then don't touch them, you won't be having pain
