Thank you, Krupalini for sharing your empowering story and spreading awareness of how neuroplasticity affects high performing human adults who have experienced complex traumas throughout their lives. This has been something I’ve been trying to educate my colleagues and managers within the workplace in the last few years in my own mental wellness journey. You are validating, championing, and strengthening so many people with these words. You’re an inspiration! ❤

Yes, absolutely. More than the disregard of people and their dismissal as too small, and nothing is even more painful

Kudos for the guts to talk about shame !!!! I can resonate a very similar experience from my 1st class teacher. I’m really proud of you on wearing your scar as a badge of honour. I also practised this and your words reassured my decision too. Thank you Krupalini for talking about this in Tedx! More power to you!!!

    Krupalini,
This is heartwarming, combined with educative and healing for many, who are probably even unaware that they have grown up in shame.
One that they may carry into relationships, as well as decisions taken as adults.
Thank you for speaking so eloquently, and spreading this knowledge through a personalised learning experience Krupalini. Lots of love,
    Ashwini Kaikini

A lot of things in my life makes more sense listening to this! Journaling with the help of TTE, less than 2 months into the habit, I'm already seeing a pattern in my thought process. And as mentioned in your personal note on insta, what your doing in the real life is in alignement with my rough projet i had written down over the past decade and when i stumbled upon the TTE page, i simply stuck along and every word of yours is shaping the lives of people with/ without your knowledge. Like a butterfly effect.. It has a chain reaction. My heartfelt wishes for the person you are and for what work your doing

Our English teacher in class 3 was very cruel, a civil servant's wife. She dragged me from side to side by holding my ear lobes . It was a small matter, my inability to legibly write an English letter. It was painful and small tear appeared in my ear . I felt very bad . She did it even to a girl related to her.

    It's real it's vicious pain .... it's not pain ....it's suffering....
We feel as if soul is being suffocated ...and it could exit ..desperately want to exit...like how gas escapes a lemon soda ...
But humans do it deliberate in hurting our own....
    Character assasination...
    Castration....
    Social isolation ...
At the end of it We remain just a physical body waiting to die......
    All intrest ....evaporated.....
    Lifeless.
As if soul with drawn ...making u a physical lump... numb ....
A child 1 yr old lost in crowd separated from mother.....so much crowd .....but ...not finding his mother....how isolated confusing this kid could be....
But we humans do it on 1 single man.....virual killing. .... yet unpunished by the system....
    I ask all of us
    are we civilized....really?
    Are we humans...?
It almost cripples all ur actions after that...even eating...
