Wow. Your voice is soothing- even more when you speak Thai. You should make a video speaking only Thai with eng sub! Anyway, awesome video. I can’t wait to make this sauce!

Hi Thun, it’s such an incredible sauce and Looks so yummy. You remind me of me when I was young, I graduated high school in Buriram province. Each evening I was there with friends to eat this thing.
Hi P'Ramida 🙏 This food stand is doing very well and has gained a lot of attention. That's a nice memory! I bet it was fun to go there with friends often and eat their delicious food. It must have been a very popular snack. Thank you for sharing. Have a good weekend krub 🙏
Hi Anna, thank you for watching! Definitely, tamarind is used a lot in Thai cooking for the tangy element. If you like Pad Thai, a big portion of the sauce is made with tamarind liquid. A lot of Thai stir-fries use shrimp paste too. Have a great rest of your weekend!
@@ThunThunChannel That shows u how much I know ab. flavours in cooking : ) I didnt know tamarind was what gave the tanginess to pad tai, and the color too. I think all the ingredients produce a flavour, indescribable and thats what makes them addicting : D
I absolutely love your recipes and videos but alas my delicate snowflake tastebuds cannot handle spicy food XD Are there any alternatives for the chilis you use in your recipes that I can use without sacrificing the tastiness of the meal too much?
Thank you so much! You can substitute all with guajillo peppers rather than the jinda chili I used. They are mild in flavor but will still give you color and roasted aromatic flavor you'll need. If you use this, the dip won't be spicy. You could also add roasted tomatoes. 😁🙏 Have a great week 😊
I love Lisa!
Me too!
