Are you sure about this circuit? If I connect the pin header to any component, isn't it will make the current flow to that component no matter i push the button or not?
Let say the component is a transistor. It will switch on no matter i push the button or not. Or I should use pnp-type transistor?.

Sir 12v DC motor operate with this circuit
For a small motor, you can use l293d ic with this circuit. If you want to use a big motor then you have to use a power transistor or MOSFET. Another video is on this channel, where I used the l293 motor driver board.
