Ordered my 2024 in Melbourne Red last week and it’ll be here in 2.5 months can’t wait! MPE and new tips are going on immediately as is a dark window tint.
Great videos mate!! You are one of the reasons i ordered my M240i..:) Any idea about the timetable from order fo delivery regarding Europe? Almost 3.5 months waiting now..:)
Appreciate that. Tbh i am not sure. Do you have a VIN? I believe it is 2-3 months once the car is built to get from mexico to germany. There is a way to to check freight boats going from port to port and search cargo for VINs but i forget the exact way to do it.
We must’ve ordered ours on the same day 😂😅 I did a lot of research. 2024 is getting the 48V mild-hybrid system I know for sure. It’s also getting iDrive 8.5 software compatibility. That’s really the only change from 23-24

@@blueflame9966 Yep, they list it on the website under info about the new 2 (specifically the m240 and m2). I’m indifferent about it. I think it’s cool but it adds over 100lbs and complicates the car which will be fun to maintain in the future ☺️ However, I did read it can coast from 9mph to a stop to make for a more seamless start stop experience, as well as minute performance improvements. I guess that would explain the $1500 price increase from last year
@DenverCoutu Can you confirm that you were really showing a 2023 model, not 2024? Because you didn’t mention the 48v mild hybrid that is supposed to be new for the 2024 M240. And along with that the Auto Stop/Start button (that is still there in this vehicle) is removed in other B58 engine BMWs with the mild hybrid, so expected to be gone in the 2024 M240.

@@DartonTodd if you go a little crazy on the configurator you're in the 60's - still not too bad for what you (can) get. Those are in USD. It's not uncommon to get a decent discount if you are working with a decent dealership...
I really do think this is (for most) a better choice than the M2 and a good overall value for the performance (all things being relative of course) the fact that you can get (comes with actually) X-Drive makes it win out against other coupes as far as power, performance and price. I've not really been a BMW guy but currently own several modern MINIs - when I look to replace one of my 2 door JCWs the M240i is at the top of the list.

I wish you could delete the sunroof on the M240 but you can’t only on the 230i are your allowed to ..
right?! I want that lower center of gravity!
In Canada you can delete it, mine doesn't have the sunroof

Nice video, however, if you want to attract customers, please mention pricing, lease offers etc. Car Dealers need to be transparent about pricing
I did not include pricing because my videos are seen worldwide, mostly USA and I am from Canada so pricing is only relevant to where you are from.
What's the current price?
Approximately one wheelbarrel full of dollars, or 49.7k base RWD and 51.7k xdrive.
Add 1k for ship and handling.
Options probably take to mid 50s.

why are there only big brembos in the front?
