To Nr.4 I think there's a better place for kegs (at least on the sloop). While the front may work well for regular single kegs, it's an easy target for anyone and can detonate just by getting too close to a rock. The best spot I have found so far has been behind the map table basically on the back wall under the opening. They are easily disposable at the back, if you have a skeleton ship encounter or someone is just chasing you. In this case it can even be used as sea mines. But the best thing about it: You can have a full keg stack from a Fort of Fortune back there and can comfortably save your ship after a detonation. I found this out the hard way with a mate, as a skeleton ship decided to surface below us. We both died. We both respawned with our ship still there. We only had holes in the upper deck and a broken mask... from 2 stronghold and 2 athena kegs. While the water was fairly high, the respawn time would have been enough for even a single player to fix his ship. Had the kegs been placed at the front, our front hull would have taken tier 3 holes, filling our ship before we can respawn. This spot can't be shot easily with a sniper, it's almost invisible from other ships and even if someone boards you, they don't have sight on it until they go under deck.
The rowboat in reaper's hideout has a non-negligeable chance to make you lose all your loot to a bug (going through the map, spawning its loot under map)... I'd love it to work for solo unloading, but I probably lost 2 millions like this
you can also jam the rowboat against the stairs by dragging it with the harpoon so its in a prime spot to stand in 1 place. grab loot from the rowboat, turn and sell right to the reapers. and then u just have to push the rowboat out or use the harpoon again.
You could also just... not destroy the rowboat. The time it takes to destroy it and wait for it to despawn doesn't really make it worthwhile when you can just grab the loot out of the rowboat and sell it from there.
@@LuckySOT it's a tip you see in videos like this often, and they never mention these possibilities It's also worth mentioning for new players that it's only faster when you have a lot of loot I've seen random crews on PS5 try this for a handful of loot when they would have been faster selling it the old fashioned way Loot juggling would be a good tip
Thanks. The ps5 version was announced and it will be my first time playing. There are alot of trolls in the comments of the trailer saying things like "leave lanterns on", "Put this certain flag on", or "put kegs on crows nest" lol.
The second last tip is the best but that keg one I never knew and that is funny, imagine burying Athena kegs all over a place that somebody will dig up from lol
yeah takes time to get use to everything, green skellies are weak to swords red bandana skellies weak to gun gold skellies weak if you get them wet then only require one shot of any weapon e.t.c but they all die to fire damage. i feel more have issue not knowing about the grass and shaddow ones, the grass ones heal in water and shadow ones require light like a lantern to damage them. got to say this was a great video though, wish i had this info years back
I have a question. If me and my friend always and only play together, is there even a point in us both buying our own ships? Or is that a waste of money?
If you're always playing together then it probably doesn't matter too much but if you created a guild and you own ships you can put your ships in your guild and others can use them even when you're not online so that might be a reason to consider buying ships. Of course it's totally up to you, hope this helps!
In addition to making the thunder more likely to hit you when you hold a cutlass, it also makes more damage. 20 dmg when not holding a cutlass, 70 when holding it. (source : fandom wiki)
Hasn’t the bare feet thing been debunked? They all sound different to you but to other players it’s all the same. Right? When we tested it there was no difference.
Brother do you even understand your own argument? That’s like saying what’s the point in being a chef and adding all these spices when the chef can taste everything he added but to everyone else it’s all the same😂 come back with a full survey instead of saying you and your friends debunked it lmao

N. 47 is WRONG . there is 5 stages of holes on your ship, 20% water intake each, taking 2 seconds to repair for the smallest and 10 seconds for the largest hole.
I just loaded 6 kegs on a harpoon rowboat and attached it to another person's ship that just destroyed a bunch of ghost ships and sniped the kegs and got all the loot

Sorry but i need the pegleg for cool effects
Learned not to bury kegs a little too late unfortunately loosing 18k worth of Athena kegs 😢
Uh oh
You can run on harpoon lines even with chests. This makes for faster selling and collecting of loot
There are now five tiers of holes. Due to scatter shot being introduced. They rework the whole system
It's now tier one, 1.5, two, 2.5, and three
This is not an exploit. Rare recently upped the loot for Veils to 45 pieces. You will not get more or less based off of canceling several times.
Fun story
Had an alliance with a crew substantially larger than mine. We did fort of the damned, and after we finished it twice, they sunk my ship. 😃
is the captain ship 250k 1 time payment or?
1 payment per ship and then it's forever. you can buy multiple ships though
7:11 they are now 5 tier just so you know
