I’m not sure how to easily verify, the Hamtramck Historical Museum would probably know, but it would be near impossible for Hamtramck’s council not to have been all-Catholic at one point with the dominance of Polish and Polish-American politicians over the past 100 years - including a 99 year streak of a Polish/Polish-American mayor.

So he should compare Polish Americans with Yemeni- Americans OR Bangladeshi Americans for example. Guys, honestly I do not believe that this people in this town will be extemists. I saw a few video about live in this Michigan town and it seems that people are fully integrated into American culture, but also with their local traditions, including religion. As Europen, I fully understand you why you worry about islamic extremist, but not in this case. America in not Europe, a different environment, because it is a country of immigrants.
