    I do this after a 10min intense cardio and a hiit abs routine. The results are phenomenal !! Clear results after 2 days of doing this!

    This sequence really works. Having followed yoga for a very long time, I can say that this is the easiest of the sequence for a flat tummy. Try it for 2 weeks with a day or 2s break in between, assured results if you get the poses right.

      @@NhiNguyen-mw5vb well, I've been following this workout for 3 weeks and my diet was:
      - no artificial sweets (icecream, candy, etc.)
      - drink a glass of water before each meal
      - with each meal i have a banana or a different fruit (^v^)
      I've lost over 10 pounds already so I hope this helped :)

      @@evelyn11257 some tweaks and changes to my food. At night stopped eating food after 8 pm, and added oats, lots of oats in my diet... So its helping too

      Lil Buddy try doing this as a warm up and do a Sarah’s day or chloe ting full body workout (or someone else’s workout but I love them). You’ll definitely see some progress. Good luck!

    Her voice is so monotone, but I still like the good stretch that I got and I prefer her voice to other instructors who talk too much and take away from the relaxation or intensity of the workout.

    I started doing this five times a day two weeks ago, the results are amazing, none of the poses cause me any pain, flat stomach. Back pain completely gone. Best yoga work out.

      @Eos Zelienne I started doing this exercise twice in the morning and evening before I added an extra one on day five. I started snacking on oranges and apples and removed fried food from my diet. It helped a lot. I had to persevere because Im new to yoga and the poses caused me pain at the start, but after about a week, hardly any discomfort.

    Thank you so much! Prior to open heart surgery and hip replacement surgery, I taught high school English for forty + plus years and ran a Yoga Club. At 78 I am trying to get back to Yoga, but find I've lost so, so much...of course, I am now older and stiffer and facing more surgery. I was once incredibly flexible. Your beginner tape was so helpful and is helping me to get the confidence to start anew. Bless you.

      Yes, Sanela is totally my favorite too! Her voice, her pacing, I love how she moderates the exercise too AND that she tells you how to do the poses. Most of my saved vids are w/ Sanela as instructor. But I like this one because of the stretching and different poses. I just always inwardly cringe a bit when I hear "happy baby!" 😂 but she still pretty good too.

      Sounds like an eating disorder mindset. Balance is important in a diet. You eat a donut once a week and it does no harm except makes you happy.

    This was the first yoga workout video I ever tried back in August, and I am oh so thankful for it. It helped me discover PsycheTruth and actually enjoy working out. Doing the routine in this video about five times a week really helped transform my stomach into being way flatter.     Thank you Lisa! It's an awesome video with quite a good number of posture unlike to other flat belly video on youtube! The good thing in every movement and pose you mentioned the breathing - when to inhale and exhale. That, I think, is one of the most important points in yoga. I started yoga a few weeks back, have been on jogging and other exercises almost for a year. Recently, I lost weight after starting yoga. Can see yoga does work. I'd like to know what to do to lose fats around naval area. My belly has got new shape yet in that there are still fats and it looks prominently different than other area of the tummy. Would be happy to hear you back! Best wishes for you! :)

    i’ve been doing this everyday for a little over a week and let me just say after the first DAY i already noticed a huge difference and my stomache was flatter and my abs are more defined. i haven’t noticed any weight loss though but that’s fine

    DAMN just being on my knee's in the beginning in that pose was hard for me, how DARE i even think yoga was easy? hmmm maybe its' because i don't have a mat??? is the mat important???

      The mat has cushion for your knees elbows feet and hands so its a comfier experience. Its also great for helping you keep your balance and to prevent you from sliding around, if you have tile like me! You can get them for around 20 dollars at like target or walmart. :)

    Been doing this for 4 days now every mrng, my lower back ache(piriformis syndrome) has ease so much (it usually keeps me up awake on bad days). I also have this positive feels / motivated energy within me which i Love!! In terms of weight I was 52.5kg i am 51.4kg today. In terms of diet, my brealfast is oats with raisin/dates (no sugar or milk, just water). I also cut down a lot of rice!
    Super excited to see what happens after a month as my aim is to get rid of the tummy 😂

      You never do any type of exercise with a full stomach. Can be dangerous.

    1. I've been doing for like 4 days maybe and I can see its getting better - with no diet
    2. It's been two weeks now and I've been a bit sick and stopped doing it but lost 1kg

    I started doing this everyday since July 27 and I've lost a total of 8 pounds. I honestly think this works amazing it's only been a week after all. If you guys want upsets then just remind me because I'm very forgetful 😂😅
    Just one thing tho, I won't be updating every week or on a constant notice. I'll just update when I have a chace to weight my self or when I see a difference. Sorry for the inconvenience.

      @@victoriamues138 No I've been eating the same as a usually do but I do try to go a little harder every day maybe do 2 or 3 more seconds on each exercise. One thing that I did change was trying not to make as many unnecessary calories. I still ate all my meals and everything I just tried to not have maybe as much ice cream or cookies, simple things like that. Anyways I really recommend you keep doing this it's really effective and if you want to ask more questions or anything else just ask I'll gladly answer

    I truly enjoyed this 20 minutes Beach Body Yoga for beginners. I like what it accomplishes enough exercise that gives an immediate feeling of well-being in 20 minutes, while at the same time giving an excellent workout! Thank you!

    Remember:
    -it's OK if you are doing some exercises "wrong" or "not as perfect" as her.
    -it's OK if you take longer to do the exercises.
    -it's OK if you modify it in a way you can do better.
    -it's OK if you need rests.
    P.S. : don't do any workouts or exercises after you ate, you could cut your digestion which is very VERY bad to do.
