It's not Mahindra's first EV... It's easily the 7th. If you don't count the concepts and the ones that almost made it (e20 Sport, Halo)... e2o, e2o Plus, eVerito, eSupro, Treo, eAlfa Mini, and XUV400. IMHO.🧐

Mahindra had brought up reva electric if I am not wrong in 2010 and the e2o , e2o plus were from reva previously called as reva NXR ... 🙄🤔

This is mahindra's atempt at a compact suv rechristianed the xuv 400 EV .. Mahindra had acquired the reva brand and later pushed up hatches like E2o, E2o plus... This is a major upgrage where EV vehicles are gaing traction... The shift may be gradual due various factors like charging infrastructure, range anxiety, and initial cost but as we move forward this EV segment will swell.. Nice to see.. 👍

These vehicle is good for city based ppl. lack of charging point infrastructure in b centers like towns if will improve here so in that case will buy more customers for this vehicle's.
The cockpit is boring sorry to say that. But really I opted for Nexon petrol over xuv300 because of this. first impression was, when I was seated in Nexon it's a wow factor. Please Mahindra improve this is only required to improve.
Nexon ev max anyday over this. Interior quality, service (tata is producing & servicing evs since past 4 yrs), on road pricing and availability all are much better with nexon. Safety is also the same, both 5 star rated, but xuv has a upper hand here as it offers 6 airbags.
But the outdated interior, analog console, no multiple regen levels, no rear ac, higher pricing and 1kw smaller battery pack than nexon max makes it a big no for me.
Is XUV 400 is the modern day swami, they are saying ventilation, air filter, and instrument panel is just moh and maaya!

Features that make or break a car said- OH NO NO, I am not going there
It's a 2 seater car. The leg room on the rear seats is horrible for any adult. And no rear AC vents in top spec 20lakh cars. The time when well priced ev will be feature rich is quite far. At least not in this price segment. I know there's power in ev cars. But power isn't everything.
EVs are best and superior
