Yeah I hope for more crossover stuff. Max Mclaughlin killing it in a super late model after transitioning from big blocks and pavement modifieds has been fun too see as well
@@CaseySpecoliI haven't polled the decent on the subject but anicdotaly it seemed to be the kiddies from Chaz that were leading the charge on the topic .
Hi Justin I hope you can cover more on the USAC Salt City 100 this race is to try and help save the facility from being torn down. It has been around for over 100 years.
This is a fairgrounds half mile the fair board voted to demolish it in my hometown, but we fought to save it for at least one more year and still fighting to permanently save it
How about that Group A main last night, damn that was good. I'm all for your live shows, their fun to watch races together and live commenting. I'll look out for you, thanks Justin Awesome to have Blake back on the mic too
I am new to the sport of dirt track racing and i think it's awesome but man larson is so aggressive. He drives like the people in the online lobbies on the WoO xbox game 😂😂
The knoxville crash also stuck the torsion bars through the fence which is why it ripped the chassis like it did. If you watch Balogs crash, his first hit to the track bent the left rear of the axle, that should tell you what kind of force there was. This broke all connecting points including the front of the coupler, then the car snap rolls very fast and that rear end is now just a wrecking ball in the crash. To blame Triple X or even say their chassis might be to blame is a pretty serious statement. I run one and have crashed on the corner where it is going to give based on the angle, the chassis should break and fold it dissipates energy that does not go to the driver.
I like what larson is doing with floracing, making the sport more affordable to stream and packaging it with other forms of racing is aweome. Losing respect for him as a driver.
Sammy swindell’s ‘21 devils bowl crash came to mind after seeing Balog’s wreck. Don’t remember chassis manufacturer, but the rear rack came completely separated from the chassis in that wreck. (Rear end and fuel cell did not fly away from the car).
Live stream would be cool. I know S. Babb will be at Sycamore for summers last nite. Wrecked a motor in lincoln so good to get seat time for fairbury coming up. Great show as always.
going Saturday night to Stateline Speedway in Busti, NY where the Rush Crate late models race for $3000 to win. This 3/8 mile track is always prepared well so it should be a good show on Saturday.
Going to Huset’s for the Sliver Dollar Nationals. Is it just me or does it seem the car count is lower than when the event was at I-80. My first trip to Huset’s as I add a new track each dirt season. Probably going to Fairbury for the PDC next year.
Larsonites will cry if you speak the truth but the golden child drives like he's the only guy out there. That move he made on courtney was straight up unsafe
Facts. I was at the bulls gap race where he had that crazy duel with Davenport and he just slide into JD the whole race while Davenport raced him with respect
@@Duff79 What a load I was at that race and the only time they touched was JD giving Larsons nose a light swipe coming out of 4. One of the cleanest I’ve seen in that tight of a race.
How does the driver swaps of RTJ and Buddy impact things like provisionals and car owner points on Lucas? Do provisionals follow the driver or the team? Does Lucas do car owner points?
Larson almost punting sunshine in the 2nd feature was interesting. Dude drives way too aggressively but his army of sycophants don't care if other people die
Thats an over reaction if Ive ever seen one. Plenty of sprint car drivers rub tires all the time. For some reason Kyle Larson gets the spotlight though. Probably because he brings more eyes to the sport 😉
@@Duff79 I disagree. We must be watching different races. It happens, its really not a big deal. Youre literally more upset about it than Sunshine was last night. That says a lot 🤣
I read some sprint car chassis are coming from China??? I wouldn't care if there is a certification tag on them, that's crazy!!! That should be illegal because if this keeps up, someone is going to get hurt bad or worse. There is a reason why where I work all the chains, straps, cables, etc. on the overhead cranes have to be made and certified in the U.S.
Are XXX Chassis made in China? We get chinese tubing at work with certs and sometimes they have hard spots in them. Absolutely junk false certifications.
Triple X chassis are made in the US. I hate to break this news to you, but 99%.of the world receives materials from China or India and pretty much what you use or wear on a daily basis has a material sourced from China or India. In fact Americans are the largest users in the world when it comes to products with materials made in China or India.
With a machine tool background the Chinese steel QC is horrible arguably the worst in the world .Every shipment we ever got was like spining the wheel of misfortune . If your just using it to stamp out cheap parts that's one thing but if it's important high quality your looking for we avoided it like the plague.
Nothing wrong with Triple X chassis and their construction. You seem to forget that Triple X chassis are raced in Australia and New Zealand and the chassis have been in plenty of wreaks and held up well. You raise two separate incidents, what do those two incidents have in common along with Triple X chassis. High speed dirt tracks.. Did you ever think that maybe a modern day sprintcar with the advancements in light weight body panels and more of a focus by chassis manufacturers on creating a aerodynamic body shape on the hoods, these cars aren't suitable for these types of tracks because of the speed being generated with the top wing the only means to generate downforce to keep the cars sucked down to the track surface.
@@mikehardy1912 did you ever think that sprint car chassis used to be made out of thicker tubing? The main rails have gotten thinner and smaller in diameter over the years in search of speed. What about quality control and where XXX is sourcing their metal from? Lets talk about that 😉
I believe triple X chassis is made in China and inspected here by triple X people. If I'm right about this, is anyone surprised they may not be the best quality.
Hopefully Bill is ok. If this is true, and the car that had similar damage as Bill did, and both are Chinese Xxx cars, That is not good. Definitely a bad car
It's cool the younger guys are open to late models and sprint cars I love them both you never know where or what and when a good race happens

That first main was Elbows up for 25 laps. One of the best this year. Love me some Shark racing.
Absolutely would like a Friday version this week!
Balog’s wreck was the definition of “yard sale”!
Going to Clinton County Speedway in Mill Hall, PA for their 1st of two 410 shows of the year. A badass bullring right in my backyard!

He’s like Bobby Pierce in a sprint
Yeah just because he is a Nascar driver does not mean he can't get knocked in the mouth to calm him down.

I'll watch a live show, looking forward to it.

Follows the driver, not the car. Not sure if there is car owner points, but I THINK that there is a chassis and engine builder points...
