Para mí fue el mejor concierto del 2022, aunque quizás me estoy dejando llevar por mi fanatismo ya que es mi banda favorita 😅, pero lo dejo en un podio con el de Porcupine Tree y el de Gojira

The thing a lot of DT fans don't realise is he's consistently sounded good since the Octavarium tour. He's occasionally been ill (Wacken), or otherwise had the odd rough show (London 2024), and sometimes he's badly let down by sound mixing / EQ robbing his voice of its richness (Chaos in Motion DVD), but like... I've heard the Score DVD panned to one side while a bootleg of that show is panned to the other ear. His vocals are in the middle - and I've listened to tons of bootlegs from that tour, Score is literally how good he sounded on that tour. By the same token, Luna Park, Breaking the Fourth Wall, etc. is an accurate representation of how he was singing on those tours. DT steers clear of autotune on their live releases (see: Budokan) and if they do overdubbing it's always very, very limited (except Live at the Marquee, which had to be re-recorded by label mandate - and possibly technical issues. There was nothing wrong with James's actual performance. I've heard bootlegs of that show, although it's clear the CD was redubbed, it's the same as comparing any other two I&W-era live recordings). People talk crap about James, but after the inconsistent mess of his 1995-2002 career, he buckled down, basically re-learned how to sing from scratch, and not only had he arrived at a healthier, sustainable place with his singing for Octavarium onward, his pitch has been dead-on since then. (Budokan demonstrates how this wasn't always the case - Once in a Livetime too.) In fact, although his showy high-notes on the Images and Words tour are impressive on a live DVD, a cousin of mine has been seeing DT live every chance he gets since Charlie Dominici was still in the band (yes, really), and he stands by the view that James from Octavarium onward is the best he's ever sounded live. Yes, better than he was on the I&W tour. (Next time you listen to a recording that old, listen to how variable his pitch is, how shredded his voice sounds, how his voice is on the verge of cracking half the time, etc... He was pulling it back on the early Awake tour, singing more like he eventually would on the Scenes tour, but then the food poisoning hit of course.) It's certainly the case that not everyone likes how James's voice *sounds* nowadays but that's the case with Rush, Haken, and various other bands too. And it's been the case with DT since James joined the band. Hope my ramble was interesting. :)
Hola, la idea fue usar todas las cams disponibles en el momento, para que fuera un proyecto lo mas colectivo posible, sólo omiti las cams verticales, y si, hay unas bien malas, o canciones con pocas tomas, pero se hizo lo posible, y me preocupé mas del audio y la mezcla, y encuentro que quedó filete jajajaja, mi orgullo, saludos

El detalle del final con lo que grabó Mangini es sensasional. Quedó buenísimo, lo ví completo.

Tremendo concierto. Fui al de 2010 que también fue muy bueno, pero la quinta vergara le dio otro toque completamente distinto.
