Cutting a VIEWER'S agates open! Lapidary Saw Cutting!

  • I received a box of agates to be cut from a viewer and we used our 10" lapidary saw to cut most of these Lake Superior agates, and our 5" saw to cut one smaller limonite stained agate nodule! These beautiful gems were a ton of fun to cut and I really appreciate Gabe sending these over to us to cut and to share this cutting video with all of you!
Check out both the saws below:

When you opened that "quartzy one" I proclaimed "WOW!" just sitting here watching by myself. That was absolutely beautiful. I love the quartz! One would have to be quite the stone snob not to appreciate that. Every stone is beautiful in its own way, and should be celebrated as such. I know this cutting was for a client, but do you cut and sell cabs? Jewelry makers would have a hayday! Tfs!
