I think I finally understand the logic behind each Robot Master’s Weakness. The bullets from Mega Man’s Mega Buster are made of Solar Energy, so they’re technically Fireballs. Since Metal Man’s Metal Blades are made of Steel, it’s pretty obvious as to why he’d be weak to the Mega Buster as his blades would melt upon contact. Metal Blades have sharp tips, and they easily pop bubbles, which are the only things Bubble Man fires. Bubbles are made of water, and when they pop, water can be seen coming out of them. If the water is greater in quantity compared to the fire, it would take it out. Fire burns leaves upon contact, and spread easily if the fire makes contact with more leaves, which are the result of forest fires. Leaves, if too many are being flown in the same direction, can clog up air propellers, thus making them unable to function. With enough force, air can blow away bombs, not only ensuring safety for the victim but also making them explode somewhere else. A person trying his best to stay still as a mannequin would be easily interrupted if a bomb were to blow up in his area, either because he’d be hit by the explosion or be startled by the sound of the explosion. A person, no matter how fast he runs, will always be frozen if time stops regardless of the circumstances. Was I correct?

Maybe that's why you fight him on a conveyor belt. Because he's so terrified of his own weapon that seeing it causes him to constantly want to flee in fear. So Wily gave him a conveyor belt to keep him from constantly running into the wall.
I felt like this theme fit better against Wily Boss Battles since they had a sorta slower pattern thus fitting this kinda strategic yet on-your-toes theme better while MM1's theme fit the robot master battles better imo.

So during the first 3 seconds the first two large static sounds are probably supposed to be cymbal crashes or something like that but I always preferred think of them as being actual static sounds, like the song has some actual audio distortion at the beginning. I always thought that a rock cover of the song would be cool that used that at the start. Like the song is breaking through some other audio transmission.
