I always found the Dead Space universe so fascinating because of how fucked up it is. 1. No one is ever safe, not even the main character we as readers or players or viewers follow in each event. 2. Anyone who does survive either dies moments later due to lethal injury or get captured by Unitologists or get hunted down by Earth GOV being labeled through out the public as a terrorist or a wanted criminal. 3. People who you grow to trust your life with, end up showing thier true colors by backstabbing you metaphorically and literally. 4. Just when there are moments of hope and true inspiration you’d think that’s when the tide turns to humanity’s favor, only for it to fall apart minuets later in a completely, horrific, traumatizing disaster. 5. The story doesn’t shy away from showing the many deaths of innocent lives and sharing the specifics.
Like the baby and child necromorphs like Danm…..killed as a baby or kid and then reanimated as a creature that either explode/ or claws you to death kinda tuff life for a kid in the dead space universe

I don't know whether of those is the canon version of what happened, or if their just different routes you could take during the story.
@@ghostrecon1171 sadly no, that's not how that works. There's a major difference between her being offed by a pack that got the jump on her, and Franko double-tapping her. That's a big difference.

@@lsd-rickb-1728 Alternatively they could just double down on focusing on creating androids or synthetics to manage the facility like Aliens Isolation working Joes or bishops.
The markers are shown to be able to disrupt electronics as part of the attacks
I'm just hoping ea is planning to continue with a dead space 2 remake and all though i honestly do enjoy 3 id be great to have a re-imagined 3, maybe something that can finally conclude the story.
God I wanna see a dead space movie directed by John Carpenter,
His skill with this kind of horror is good, but he falls more on psychological/body than cosmic.
What if the marker wasn’t placed or crashed landed. What if the Earth was a brothern moon, what if the end cycle was the farming of humans?
Gonna be awesome
Not gonna lie when that thing jumped after I thought it was dead I didn’t stop stomping that thing for a whole minute
I just want to know if Gabe was still alive at the start of Chapter 3 in isaac's timeline. I mean what if Gabe was still alive but taking pain before its death bcs his wounds afterwards the train in were isaac is, crash on.?
Excellent video as always!!
But, does Stross remind anyone else of Daniel Larson?
Man I miss these games, dead space 1 was my all time favorite. I need to get it agian so I have a hard copy of it. With the way games are these days it would be nice to see them do something with this classic I know it's wishful thinking but dang. Lol
Did any 1 every watch event horizon back in the 90s bf dead space came out? U really can tell the got there Insperation from it. In my opinion
Yeah Glen schlofield did a documentary about the game and one interview in 2019 look it up
Imo dead space 2 was way better and scarier than the first on. It also played better with TK and story
Love it 😊 thanks 🙏
Hey I played DeadSpace 1 2 3
What games did I miss out on?
I understand from the comments
A mobile game?
Can u list/names of the games in this photog
Beside Basic DeadSpace 1 2 3
?
It was a mobile game that is no longer available. The other game play seen is from the DLC called Severed, only available on the console versions.
Also dead space severed happend after issac wake up because you can see one of the medic that free issac from his straitjacket so yeah l think severed is in the wrong placed
No because severed in the mines takes place before dead space 2 during titan mines map in the multiplayer the time it takes gabe to fly to lexines location is the reason why he arrives while Isaac is in chapter 7

I want to live in the sprawl when the necromorph outbreak happened I would've been Isaac Clarke 2.0 bruh
@redloiyu654jay yeah, my boy here thinks he would have access to an advanced or combat RIG...
@@titaiao just give me a plasma cutter and I'll mow down every necromorph and find nodes to upgrade it. Also everyone has a RIG
@@lsd-rickb-1728 but not all RIGs are made to enter a vacuum
@@titaiao bruh lil dude... I would buy an advanced rig suit in the multiple stores they have in the sprawl because I work their and have lots of credits saved up to buy me one and a plasma cutter

Lol I have a 1500 bard and bro I love my bard privileges support can do no wrong
What happend to lexine?
Stick around, i'm full of bad ideas
Bad boy isaac
I'm confused by the whole deal with Sarah and Franko. There's the first part where she does to a pack just before they get on the shuttle, and then there's the part where Franko shoots her.
I don't know whether of those is the canon version of what happened, or if their just different routes you could take during the story.
Any route is canon because no matter what happens Sarah always dies and Franko makes it to Iassac.
@@ghostrecon1171 sadly no, that's not how that works. There's a major difference between her being offed by a pack that got the jump on her, and Franko double-tapping her. That's a big difference.
They should have called it monke station

1.3 K likes wooo! getting close to the 5k goal.
I have always found the resource crisis to be a joke in this game, between the countless worlds in our galaxy alone and relatively compact solar systems so efficient they can power the sprawl or make a death ray, there really shouldn't be any issues with energy or materials.
Im also pretty sure they have fusion power too which makes it even less plausible to still have energy issues lol
