    Not only does white flour turn into sugar and too much sugar can turn into estrogen production. Which can also promote estrogen based cancers. You are correct to say it causes an overload. I just learned this. Inflammation (acidic environment) equals disease.

    My system was clogged when I didn’t eat meat and sugar and some vegetables really does horrible thing to my gut, I do know I am gluten sensitive, I had to stop all carbs rice, spaghetti ,white flour, and some green veggie like Brussels sprouts and broccoli, no grains at all. I have rheumatoid arthritis, insulin resistant,not diabetic, and whatever that thing is when you have to have a stent, let’s not forget high B/P I’m I on a roll or what😂😂😂I am new to your channel and I’m listening, bc at this point I don’t know what to eat.🥰🥰🥰 otherwise I’m a happy 71yo.❤❤

    I am a type 1 diabetic - Thyroid issues as well. Overweight. fighting against a lot! Reduced consumption of meat. Eating more fresh vegetables and increasing water intake. Being mindful of what I consume.

      This dish sound yummy! Most of the basmati brands of white rice is a healthier option than some of its sister brands. In addition, it contains less of the arsenic and other pesticides that are found in brown rice. Moderation is always key! I have been researching these claims for quite a while now between, which type of rices are best for consumption. I love rice!😊 I hope this helps!

    You have to be careful saying some foods are good but not clarifying. Maple syrup at its natural form is good- the Aunt Jem and others are corn and not good for you- the package has to say 100% and it is way more expensive. If a diabetic is following the food pyramid, it reads that one can only eat 3 fruits a day- can't juice it because it's too much sugar(fructose) at once- has to be spread out during the day. Bottom line, do your research for your own situation- speak to your doctor and do what feels better for you. Everyone has an opinion so make your own healthy informed decision.

      Great question! Although Ezekiel (sprouted) bread is a much healthier option to white breads, it is not gluten-free for those who may have celiac disease, and or gluten sensitivities/intolerances. If one is looking to remove gluten from their diets, I wouldn't recommend this bread. Unfortunately, some of the ingredients in these packaged foods are what traps people, leading their health and well-being down a path that's unforeseeable. Please remember to always read the ingredients on or inside the package before purchasing and consuming to avoid allergies etc.

      Purified water only hydrates and has no nutritional value. Get the majority of your water from water fruits and vegetables.

    Well why Did God say we can eat meat the bible also says in the last days people will stop eating meat and marrying 1st Timothy 4:3-5

      My initial recommendation was to eliminate the foods that are perhaps causing inflammation buildup inside the body; white sugar, pasta, red meat, and or meat in general to give your live and overall body a break to see, if perhaps these foods are causing your body to become inflamed, which can cause a lot of pain and suffering. Sometimes we really don't know why we're in pain and once we begin to eliminate certain foods, stress, other practices etc., our pain will begin to disappear. Once we incorporate the process of elimination that can and will determine most of our health challenges. I invite you to read Daniel 1:1-16

      I truly believe that the way they are processing our food is the problem. I just found out that many other countries will not let our food into their country. They say that the FDA will allow gmo food and are not required to tell us. We must do better.

      The food was so different in Ancient times vs now where animals are enhanced with hormones and eat horribly, the dirt is robbed from nourishment and pesticides on vegetables and fruits.
