This is true. Dinosaur Planet could’ve easily been a Starfox Spinoff Series! Something that could’ve had a tangential connection while continuing its own story. Lylat Wars and Assault Star Fox just did their part to help in the war. In fact I don't even think Fox was paid in Assault bcuz Pepper didn't hire him. Fox just seen trouble and did his part to help the universe
Well more accurately there wasn't a reason to switch to a different genre. The first game well and 64 did even better, so it only made sense to make another one but more just like mario and zelda. But now that time has mostly past and the series needs to find a new path and stick with it.
@@danielramsey6141the funny thing is that the next starfox game after 64 would have still been an adventure game with or without dinosaur planet. Outside of appearance they, they collaborated with rare because nintendo was already planning an adventure style sf game.
It got hate because people were disappointed. People that played star fox 64 were expecting a true sequel on modern hardware. And people who were interested in dinosaur planet were disappointed that rares original vision for the game was altered. It is understandable
@@JJ_5289 This is because Nintendo in House can't making everything anymore like in the 90's, now they need third parties to make certain games. @@Cousinbiddy1 There's an upcoming game called Starwars Hunters, and one of the playable characters Charr kinda looks like General Scales. Maybe he can be a successor???
Some clarification on this game's development. Some former Rare employees that worked on Star Fox Adventures and its N64 incarnation Dinosaur Planet said they weren't forced to readjust it to be part of that series. Miyamoto had been visiting Rare's office to see the latest build of Dinosaur Planet and noted how similar Saber, the male wolf that shared the protagonist role with Krystal, looked and sounded very similar to Fox McCloud. At the time, Miyamoto and Imamura had also been planning the next entry in the Star Fox series in which they wanted it to have a more action adventure approach outside the cockpit. The heads of Rare took Miyamoto up on the idea, believing attaching their new world and story to a popular series like Star Fox would garner more success than if it was just a standalone entry. That's not to say the decision ended up benefiting the game overall. The transition from N64 to Gamecube meant most of the game had to be redone and Microsoft's buyout of Rare forced them to cut almost all the original story and levels they originally had planned. Even Krystal was almost removed from the game until Miyamoto told them to keep her in (and to change her appearance to have more sex appeal). Having seen the leaked builds of Dinosaur Planet I can't really say weather that version would have been better than the tarnished gem Star Fox Adventures ended up being. It had some ambitious story and character elements for an N64 title, but the writing and gameplay seemed like they needed a lot more refinement to be more than another one-off title. I still hold out some hope Nintendo will give Star Fox Adventures the overhauled remake treatment one day. They've tried recapturing the magic of the original rail shooter with significantly diminished returns each time. Meanwhile, Krystal and the narrative of Dinosaur planet have been there, waiting to provide a solid path forward for the franchise.
Hey thanks for the added detail! I still think it would've been a pain for the devs 😂 Needing to recreate character models, change scripts, adding on rails sections, and throwing Andross in somewhere (although maybe that last one is a blessing since they didn't have time to finish the game and needed a quick out 😂)
They weren't pleased either, to change their pet project and have to delete most of the lore for that world, but comercially i understand why borrowing the name of a stablished ip looked like the right decision at the time.
@@darianz1855 I'd honestly rather have modern-day Rare stay as far away as possible from any potential remaster or reimagining. All the talent and leaders that made it so great in the 90's have long-since left and what they have worked on in the decades since Microsoft acquired them has been nowhere near the quality they once produced. That said, I could see Platinum Games doing a fantastic job at reworking the original lore and story ideas of _Dinosaur Planet_ so it fits in better with the _Star Fox_ setting. And that's not to mention the potential for amazing on-foot and aerial combat. Of course, this would also depend heavily on how much control Miyamoto and Nintendo might have over its development. If they remain as hands-off as possible it might have a chance (unlike the last _Star Fox_ game Platinum collaborated with them on making).

I literally FORGOT this game existed untill watching a StarFox video the other day and it all coming back to me like a Celine Dion song.... I'll say this much, this game...is in my top five, I never did play StarFox 64 growing up, so I really didn't have that odd fan gripe like most did, I just know my father bought this game one day and was kind of curious about it, so he spent the money and came home one day with it, needless to say me and him spent so much time together on it, getting all the way to the final boss fight...sadly...my father would pass away before we beat this wonderful game, I took up the mantel to try and beat it in his honor, I failed so many times that I put the game back in its case and retired it....well a few years after the fact, I gave it the old collage try once more...and as the end credits rolled i could feel him sitting beside me with his hand on my shoulder, tears spilling ever forth like a river, the sheer joy I felt clouded by the pain that he was not there in person to see me do this feat, this game is forever burned into my memory, so much so that I can play it for the most part without a guide, the memories of me and him playing guiding me along Take time out of your day to love those close to you, because you never know when you will get that call. 1957-2005 Rest easy dad, its been almost 20 years now...but your memory lives on forever more.
I think this game single handedly cemented the GameCube’s legacy for me. I think this game still sets the standard to this day for how to achieve continuity in an open world game. I really wish Nintendo would remaster it. I haven’t played a Nintendo game in years, but would gladly dish out any amount for this one.
I’m so happy to see someone covering this game. I played it as a kid and have beat it more times than I can count through emulation now as an adult. It’s truly a classic and something I revisit often. It’s so bad we’ll never get a sequel
I loved it, always got stuck on the sequence when you had to button-mash to beat that dinosaur person. I had to ask my mum to buy a controller that had a select button whivh would just make that mission easy 😂
I know people hated it ONLY because it wasn't a on rails shooter. And even as a child it baffled me how insanely stupid people could be. Reading "Starfox Adventures". ADVENTURES. What did they expect getting there? I get it. Adventures (kinda) broke tradition with trying to dabble into a different genre. But if for one moment you could just give it the benefit of the doubt and properly play it, you could see that Rare put a lot of effort into the game even for how "rushed" it was. And i say rushed in quotations, because as i read it the game was mostly ready but in the last moment Nintendo decided to give it the Starfox coating instead of having a own style. Dinosaur Planet. I looked at it and i would have loved both games in my childhood. Boy i still remember as i barely was able to even speak english (german native) and i always understood Tricky saying: "I'm a spoon." To this day i have no clue how i got to understand that. But me and my best friend joke about it to this very day. I remember how i visited him and we could not play it, because his dad wasn't at home and we had to "break into" his house by kicking in a wooden window (didn't have any glass in it) in the cellar to get into the house. Boy.. those were the days. I would give anything to travel back in time. Anything. I would enjoy every single moment i have so much more knowing what is to come once i get older. My sickness. Loosing so many friends (one of oure best friends we had together passed away at a young age) I wish so much i could go back. I would also try to stop myself fromt he most awful decisions i could have made back then. But one thing is for sure. Starfox Adventures was a great game. I get why people didn't like it. But it wasn't as horrible as everyone made it out to be.
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
They did it to shoot Rare in the foot from releasing either a songnote on the n64 or an appealing release launch adventure title for the gamecube and to eliminate the IP from building up Rare's independence. Both would have taken a hit at Zelda so Miyamoto gambled and sacrificed starfox so that it would take the heat off. KEEP IN MIND: This is the Wind Waker Zelda we're talking about. Then you had Rare's other Titles like PDZ, Kameo. They started turning out games fast...they turned out DP in 2 years THEN completed an acceptable port to a different story in another 2 under the gun of a contract. They could have absolutely ported DP to GCN. At the last moment right before their E3 showing, Miyamoto intercepted them and asked them change it. I feel this was to prevent Rare from acting out on actually making it a title...people talked so greatly about that demo at E3 and they had no clue the deal was pretty much already struck. He had previously coveted dinosaur planet and was allegedly said to have wanted them to be starfox characters in a interview from japan. This is literally the only reason he gives.. "Oh I wanted a starfox adventure title". Then just as this game was finished developing, before it even hits the shelves he goes on to hire Namco and the same people who made Ace Combat 2 to make "The coolest starfox possible" which would become SF assault. What happened to "adventure time starfox" that you wanted Miyamoto? They would have made it even better if they were treated the same as they were in the N64 era.
I remember playing this game on my old GameCube back when i was young. It was probably the first Star Fox game that I played. I don't remember much of it since I never finished it before

@Cousinbiddy1 What did you expect? This game suffered through a long and complicated development hell. Not to mention, there was the whole buyout by Microsoft at the time, so Rare had to warp things up with Adventures.
I agree; it was a refreshing experiment with lots of potential. It’s quite sad to see how the series has been in a strange limbo ever since. Great video, buddy 🙌
It was my first Star Fox game I’ve ever played, being 6-7 years old and not a native english speaker I ended up stuck always not knowing what to do, where to go or what was even going on with the story. Ended up learning english just because of videogames and when I finally returned to this game, at 12 or 13 years old I definitely was not dissapointed, I loved every aspect of the game (except for the mission where you mount a mammot in an ice storm and have to eat fruit like things to keep the mammot going, I failed that mission more times than I can count), but the story was deep and entertaining, the music was a masterpiece, staff upgrades were amazing, combat system was simple but still fun, puzzles were complex enough to still be entertaining without being tedious. Star Fox Adventures was and still is one of my favorite games of all times, a truly masterpiece. I’ll give it a 9.3/10, only reason it is not a 10/10 is that Scales boss fight was thrown away when it had so much potential, and Andross Boss Fight was really easy and simple for a final boss.
Totally agree! If it wasn't for the rushed ending (and that terribly done mammoth section) I'd happily call it perfect 😂 That's really cool that videogames helped you learn a new language! I remember as a kid informing a lot of my speech, but to hear that they helped someone learn is fantastic! 💚
This game is still in my hearth till this day. I really fking love it from day one. I was 8 or 9 when this game came out. And was so in love with the setting and music. What a good game 🖤👌🏻
I'm still trying to find a copy for my GameCube. I just bought a complete copy of star fox assault another slept on classic. I've always since release loved star fox adventures. It dared to be different and it was phenomenal to me as a kid and still at 34. I remember my copy for some reason glitched out so I had to buy a different copy 3 years later to finish it. I lost it a few years later in a move and I'm still trying to get another copy to re live the amazing trek of star fox adventures. Great review.🎉
Yoshi’s Island is another game where you get swallowed by a giant monster and have to beat the dangly thing to escape. Super Nintendo game. Worth checking out 💪🏻
Luckily i was to young to know people hated this game. For me, it’s one of those games i will forever remember! And I really enjoyed especially because I didn’t play the other fox games. Great to see many people loved it as well in the comments. Thanks for making this video! Brought back some good memories
One of those games I loved back then and still love now , wish Nintendo would remake/remaster this game honestly is one of those hidden gems that I feel not all people got to appreciate in the moment and yeah I feel that General Scales should have more protagonism as a Villain, he really was intimidading
I listen to the soundtracks on TH-cam from this game when I study or clean and then I have thought about this game like every week for years I used to play it on GameCube
I LOOOVED Starfox Adventures as a kid. I played it again in my 30s and it is the absolute worst. 😂 It's a great idea, but the execution makes me want to throw myself out a window. I did almost realize I'm a lesbian upon seeing Crystal, though. 😅
I loved this game so much. This was my first introduction to Star Fox so the gameplay wasn't like a shock factor to me, I was purely interested in exploring the world and learning the story. I'll defend this game always
Starfox Adventures was the first game I ever played and to this day I try to be it atleast once a year I’ve honestly never liked any other Star fox games except this one and assault just for them being the first games I remember playing. I’d love for Nintendo to do another one like this
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
The most insulting aspect of the general scales fight is that you pulling out your weapon is what triggers tje cutscene that reveals he was being controlled. With that being said, you can run up to him without drawing your weapon and hell just stand there not even attacking you
Bro it’s crazy because I’m 26 now and I remember playing this on the GC earlier in my childhood and trying to hide the fact I was playing video games so early in the morning from my family 😭 this game is so underrated and is my introduction to Fox 🔥
Personally, I enjoyed both games. Star Fox 64 challenged me to do a “No damage run” and try to get the highest score possible every stage, which isn’t hard now, but playing as a 9 year old and learning all the different tricks and learning enemy patterns was a bit troublesome. However, trial and error won out in the end. Adventures was definitely different but that whole zelda-dungeon exploration while fighting with a staff and pulling off some sick combos in the process was right up my alley.
I never got to play any Star Fox game growing up. My first experience with any SF game was when I was already an adult so I never got to develop any kind of nostalgia to any title in the series. I believe this is one of the reasons why I got to enjoy Adventures far more than most people did/do (actually, as of writing this comment, I am doing a full playthrough of it every week on stream and loving it). I recognize its flaws, but to me they are not enjoyment-breaking. Especially knowing the story behind its development, though the Arwing sections do bug me a tad, but not due to how short they are but rather, how out of place they feel. I think one important thing to note about this game's inconsistencies and "weirdness" is also the fact that it was somewhat kind of rushed as Rare was in the process of being bought by Microsoft while working on the game. I believe this is the key reason why some things in the game feel so much out of place, unfinished and why there are so many stock sound effects (like a bunch of Imp sounds, from DOOM). I reckon that if Rare had more time they would have managed to better adapt Dinosaur Planet to the Star Fox universe and iron out most or all of the issues the final product ultimately ended up shipping with. Despite all of that, I still find great enjoyment in it and certainly would appreciate a remaster, if it were to ever happen (albeit it likely never will). I'm glad to finally find a video about Adventures that _isn't_ crucifying the thing as if it were the worst possible abomination in the history of gaming. And I wasn't even looking for it, it just showed up in my TH-cam recommendations.
Underrated game and I still feel it's really unfair to compare it to Zelda. There are minor similarities that can literally be found in other games not just Zelda. Overall it's just like any other 3D action and adventure so people need to stop acting like it's a Zelda clone. Donkey Kong, Kirby and Mario are literal clones compared to Star Fox Adventures and Zelda
I don't mind considering it a Zelda clone (it kinda was by design) but I also never think inspiration is a bad thing if it's being used to create something unique 🤔
@@playit2724 I personally don't consider it a clone bcuz wen comparing characters, plot, game mechanics there aren't much to compare. There are some similarities but there are way more differences and most of the similarities between the 2 games u can find in other 3D action and adventure games
One of the first games I got for my GameCube. Still have it! One of the best games ever made. Didn’t even know people hated it. I’m still waiting for a sequel on foot!
I remember trying to play this game when i was a kid and i didn't know what to do, so i got my brother to help me and he ended up just playing the entire game lol.
This game was a big part of my childhood, and an important one! I believe it was for my 9th birthday, maybe my 10th, when I was gifted this game. However, I did not have a Gamecube and my mom did not want to just buy it for me, so I went around and earned money for it. That game motivated a little kid to get out and earn his own money to buy his own gaming console.
I loved Adventurers. All of the kids I knew who had gamecubes back in the day loved it as well. It's not perfect by any means, but it has all of the staples of a nice Rare classic, not to mention beautiful graphics and INCREDIBLE performance for its time and platform. People being so close-minded about what a franchise can and cannot be really hold gaming back. I, for one, loved seeing Fox out of the arwing and would've loved for the franchise to grow and expand beyond just on-rails flying shooters. Don't get me wrong, I adore SF64 as well, but the franchise had so much potential beyond that single play style and people just rejected it so mindlessly.
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
I have so much nostalgia for this game but like you, I'm also able to see its flaws. I really like games that try to mix different genres in seperate gameplay sections. I think the main flaw of Star Fox Adventures was just not fleshing out the space shooter aspect of the game enough and I think if it managed to do that successfully, it could've potentially achieved the same cult status as something like Ocarina of Time. I think modern games overall should attempt this type of variety gameplay more often, it's also one of the reasons why I liked Nier: Automata so much (in addition to the entire plot and philosophical bits being amazing of course).
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
This was my first star fox game and I loved it. going form this to 64 was like "WTF is this?" Only to find out years later that this was another game they slapped him into lol.
I like it, even though I’m a fan of the 64 title. Adventures took the universe of starfox and expanded it helping it explore it a new way. I think that if rare was given the proper time to work on this project adventures would’ve taken the spot of 64
I played this for the first time recently after wanting to try it for years. While it definitely has its strong points and was an interesting idea, I certainly wouldn’t say it ever comes close to being a masterpiece. And there’s nothing wrong with that. Not every game needs to be a masterpiece. I think it’s more important that some games are just interesting in concept and execution rather than trying to be some grand masterpiece.
This game was - and still is - a wonderful little gem. But my view is that we would have had multiple sequels by now, if StarFox wasn't slapped on mid-production. It wasn't exactly a Starfox game, it was meant to be its own thing.
I’ll admit I too enjoyed this game. Namely because I was a starfox fan, fox was my main in smash, I was delighted to see him establish a love interest… and I’ve also never touched a Zelda game before this one.
I like adventures the best in the series. Even tho it doesn't have the traditional gameplay of the series, it retains the charm and creates a gameplay experience i actually enjoy more than the on-rails gameplay. This is similar to how i feel about super paper mario: a game that changes the gameplay but retains the charm of the first two games, making me love SPM as much as PM64 and TTYD
Oh, it's always refreshing to see people saying they actually liked this game. I was never any good at the og SNES or its remake for the N64, what got called in my area "Lylat Wars", so I didn't mind the Zelda-like approach to Star Fox AT ALL. The biggest wasted potential was undoubtedly cutting Krystal out of the gameplay to be only the tutorial level of sorts and then the Damsel in Distress for the rest of the game. Would have been way more fun to have her and Fox fight side by side, co-op style maybe. And have her fight against Scales while Fox fights Andross in Space, if one REALLY wanted to keep Andross as a final endboss. Star Fox 64 DID get a more "traditional" approach to its formula again in the shape of Star Fox Assault, but the nostalgia whiners weren't happy with that one *either* because of some other bogus reasons and that's why I can't ever take those people seriously. The story of Assault was *AWESOME* af, even if the controls COULD indeed have been better, but otherwise it was kickass, imo.
As a big fan of this game, I'm always glad to see appreciation for it in any shape or form, especially since I didn't grow up originally with 64, which allowed me to enjoy this game a lot more honestly. And while I do appreciate the praise you give for this game, I got a couple issues with some of your points. First, I never really found Tricky annoying tbh. He was helpful in solving puzzles, I really enjoyed play catch with him when I wanted to to take a break, and I even found he captured the essence of a kid pretty well at times. Not saying he can be a trouble maker, but I really enjoyed him. Second, WTF is going on with the footage at times? Is that a bug with emulator that causes the character models to glitch out? Because you really should have tried to fix that before you posted this... Just saying... Third, yes the Arwing segments could have been better admittedly, but I don't think their too bad actually. And plus, the final fight with Andross is actually pretty good in my opinion, and the highlight of those sections. And lastly, I don't know how some the characters were "cringey" since you're kinda vague on that a bit... Other than that, nice video overall man. Thanks for reminding me why I love this game so much. 😊
Boy did I love this game back in the day. Kinda disappointed we never got a sequel to "Adventures" with this more sorta laid back adventure style gameplay... Never got into Assault, too twitchy for my tastes.
Star Fox adventures answered the question to who fox really is imo this game was wrongfully made the catalyst of 64 stans wrath and not given the respect it deserves. Rare really poured their hearts into this one and I will always love this game

The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
Would love a remaster, but with Rare being owned by Microsoft I’m not holding my breath
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
First game I played on GameCube; started it on Christmas Day after opening presents. Nostalgia doesn’t even begin to cover my feelings for this game. Heart❤

If Nintendo won’t make another sf adventures. Then we have to settle with an alternative.
I absolutely LOVED star fox adventures growing up. I would love for them to bring this back!
As someone who grew up with Starfox 64 this game not only felt like a treat, but a filling meal every time i would dive further.
That button mashing section where you have to push the lizard into the pit still haunts me
I literally FORGOT this game existed untill watching a StarFox video the other day and it all coming back to me like a Celine Dion song....
It gave me a HUGE hit of nostalgia seeing this and i remember getting it and never finishing it bc of the sheer shock value it gave me as a young kid expecting a flying shooter.... But still has a special place in my heart
Really loved this game. It’s crazy how enjoyable something is when the internet isn’t always around to remind you that it’s supposed to be bad.
This game will always have a special place in my heart.
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
I'll say this much, this game...is in my top five, I never did play StarFox 64 growing up, so I really didn't have that odd fan gripe like most did, I just know my father bought this game one day and was kind of curious about it, so he spent the money and came home one day with it, needless to say me and him spent so much time together on it, getting all the way to the final boss fight...sadly...my father would pass away before we beat this wonderful game, I took up the mantel to try and beat it in his honor, I failed so many times that I put the game back in its case and retired it....well a few years after the fact, I gave it the old collage try once more...and as the end credits rolled i could feel him sitting beside me with his hand on my shoulder, tears spilling ever forth like a river, the sheer joy I felt clouded by the pain that he was not there in person to see me do this feat, this game is forever burned into my memory, so much so that I can play it for the most part without a guide, the memories of me and him playing guiding me along
Take time out of your day to love those close to you, because you never know when you will get that call.
1957-2005 Rest easy dad, its been almost 20 years now...but your memory lives on forever more.
Thank you for sharing.
Played this game when I was younger but just beat it for the first time recently it was so awesome. I’m now playing assault!
That guy was such a pain as a kid! 😂 I used to have to get my older brother to do that part, but I'd have to do the test of fear Krazoa shrine 😂
Boy i still remember as i barely was able to even speak english (german native) and i always understood Tricky saying: "I'm a spoon."
To this day i have no clue how i got to understand that.
Loosing so many friends (one of oure best friends we had together passed away at a young age)
I wish so much i could go back.
Switch remaster please! Man, I loved this game in the day…
Watching my older brother play Star Fox Adventures was my first introduction to the Star Fox. Hope we get another game in this style.
Narration in the video was actually pretty good and witty, keep up the good work!
Awe thanks, will do! 💚
I remember playing this game on my old GameCube back when i was young. It was probably the first Star Fox game that I played. I don't remember much of it since I never finished it before
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
@Cousinbiddy1 What did you expect? This game suffered through a long and complicated development hell. Not to mention, there was the whole buyout by Microsoft at the time, so Rare had to warp things up with Adventures.
Grew up with this game, i remember my dad helping me beat the level where youre racing in the snow cause it was too hard for me. Holds a special place
If it wasn't for the rushed ending (and that terribly done mammoth section) I'd happily call it perfect 😂
That's really cool that videogames helped you learn a new language! I remember as a kid informing a lot of my speech, but to hear that they helped someone learn is fantastic! 💚
As a 90’s kid I can def agree this game was pretty cool especially at the time. Earned a double week rental from Blockbuster for sure.
This game looks amazing on a CRT. Freaking next-next gen when it came out. Still holds up graphically
Great review.🎉
i love star fox adv but i wish i could have used Krystal more and switch between her and fox
Fox is awesome, the Zelda-style gameplay is great and Krystal is practically naked XD
It's a great idea, but the execution makes me want to throw myself out a window. I did almost realize I'm a lesbian upon seeing Crystal, though. 😅
This game has everything. A badass main character, a lush fantasy world to explore and a naked blue furry waifu.
Really everything you need 😂
Good job dude, i expect to see 1M subs when i scrolled down. We on the way
It's a slow climb! 😅 Thanks for the support and kind words 💚
I remember really loving this game and I've been inspired to play it again now thanks
Hope you love it all over again! X
I’d love for Nintendo to do another one like this
God I love this game. Still have it, still play it once a year! Love when people talk about this game!!

@@Cousinbiddy1 AGREED!! All that build up to fight him and it goes out the window in a minute QuickTime event!
One of my favorite hidden gem games from my childhood :D
I looooved watching my big bro play this ♥️ it was like a little event for us when he fought and beat the boss 🤣
I wish this game gets an decompilation project. The mods people could make to fix the flaws of this game would be awesome.
I think star fox adventures is a classic and the graphics and voice acting was ahead of it’s time one of the best looking games on GameCube
Loved this game back then and started replaying it on the Steam Deck Oled. Still fantastic and feels very nostalgic playing it ☺️
The part where you have to mash A to beat the tug of war thing was SO hard as a kid.
i loved this game, the first game i tried to finish as a child
Star Fox Adventures was one of my favorite titles for the Gamecube, and what got me into liking Zelda a couple years later.
Played it so much growing up. Loved it
The only thing bad thing about this game is that u can’t fight general scales , I’m so pissed off about this , this prevent it from being a perfect game😤
I would love for this to get a remaster or even if it was added to Nintendo's classic collection such a unique title
Starfox Adventures is probably in my top 3 of all time favorite games.
I loved this game. I hope the next starfox game has open exploration
I love the ost in this game.
Also, what a weird turn for the series.
I enjoyed it enough that I started making a mod to improve on a few things and fix some bugs.
Starfox Adventures is one of my favourite games, so much love for the game
Totally agree. Love the game, was hugely disappointed by the General Scales missed potential and near-lack of final battle.
Was playing this game on my old GameCube when this video came up.😎
I like it, even though I’m a fan of the 64 title.
"F**k you I like this": the Video Game
Great video keep it up!!
I always believed in this game since day1 😌
I loved this game as a kid
I still play Adventures to this day man!
I feel ya! Personally, Thousand Year Door is my favourite Mario game period 😂
@playit2724 yeah ttyd really is something special. I think ttyd is tied with Galaxy 2 as my fave mario games.
My favorite game. And I’m a huge Starfox fan.
Fantastic video!
Thank you very much!! 💚
That Niki Manaj cut in, LMAOOOO
Loved this game
nice video :) i love this game :)
The Bucky O'Hare cartoon is in the same universe as Star Fox
Boy did I love this game back in the day. Kinda disappointed we never got a sequel to "Adventures" with this more sorta laid back adventure style gameplay... Never got into Assault, too twitchy for my tastes.
Star Fox adventures answered the question to who fox really is imo this game was wrongfully made the catalyst of 64 stans wrath and not given the respect it deserves. Rare really poured their hearts into this one and I will always love this game
This game is so under-appreciated!

Forgotten?! It gave the world Krystal. And based on the number of images of her on the internet, it's fair to say no one's forgotten this game.
