In my open day, everyone over the age 30 was sent home after the first group assignment. But they kept some folks who had the wrong dress code and their English wasn't that great for the following part. So it's clear as a day to me.
Is there any upper age limit? Because Emirates didn't mentioned the upper age limit on their website. I am turning 33 in October so do i have still a chance to be Emirates CC?
With Emirates, 33 could be a problem, but we have people who get hired at 34. But it is easier to get hired by Etihad at over 30 than Emirates

I have applied this week and they sent me an email to choose a country which is close to where i live from the emirates career groups to send me an invitation because they don't have any recruitment in my country currently and i chose Dubai, United Arab Emirates and they have not emailed me back , it's been 2 days.
First congratulations 🎉, so long as you have the email, you can attend an assessment day in any country, there will be no problem

I can't go to any countries that have open days , that's why i chose Dubai and they don't have an open day now.
So should i just wait until they send me an invitation?
No, you already have the invitation (I had a friend with similar case, and she attended assessment day with that email, so just print out the copy of that email from them , if they don't get back to in a week), so attend a invite only event they will accept you, for open days anyone can attend

It simply means unsuccessful, please don't withdraw, just be patient and reapply in 3 months

I also applied in the beginning of june and the interview date should be on the 19th. They have not replied to me. I reached out again after 72 hours but still no response. Do you have any idea about this?
If they have assement days in your country very often, they will definitely invite you on the next one, however, if you didn't receive any rejection email from them or on your profile, attend the interview with One page CV and tell them your application is still in progress
@@crewskyhub how do they know if we applied on that specific country? I think when we applied on the website, they don’t have a confirmation on which country we want to attend the interview. Since the interview in jakarta has already passed, im willing to go to the neighbor country to get the invitation. Do i need to register a new account?
You can only attend assessment day in other countries only if they tell you to choose any country near you for assesment,,,could you please tell me what your status of your application reads? I will advise further

It is a polite way of telling you that your application was not successful, I advise you work on acing your interview next time and reapply in 3 months.

@@crewskyhub so here is thing my story, last week when i just registered acc on friday 3.15 p.m sudenly i received email is not progres, i don' even click submitted this job and i submitted on friday 5.17 p.m and than i receive d email i must wait at least 72 hour, and now i am still wait the updae, what i have to do? withdraw i apply on other acc or wait, i'm sorry i'm ask you again because i want this job thank you in advance
