Just finished the last interview, I’m very happy I was able to get selected out of the many other exceptional guys. Now I’m just waiting for that golden call🤞🏻
Hello alex Can you please give a feedback on what happened and what have you done so u get selected I'm already a flight attendant with Ryanair but i want to go to emirates open day on 21 february I will appreciate ur help✨️🌹
@@ghizlanben6055 Sure thing my friend, first thing I would say based on my experience is to make sure you look your best, check out the page and look how they suggest us to go, I’m positive when I say I got selected over other guys due to the neatness of my image. Now about the process, (which is very extensive btw, I was there for about 8 hours, so is a good idea to take a snack with you) they presented a very extensive explanation of pretty much everything about the job, followed by that, they asked us to submit our CV and Passport in a website they gave us (so of course make sure to take your phone with internet access) and when we were done they assigned each one of us a number. The first activity was short, they made groups of three and provided us with a card that had a unique occupation and we had 5 minutes to discuss with our teammates about the qualities that a person executing such job should have, then each group will go in front of the conference room and present themselves, they asked us to say our name, to tell a little bit about our experience in hospitality/customer service positions and to explain briefly why we chose the quality we decided was the most appropriate. That’s the first round, they asked us to leave for about 10 minutes while they decided who goes through the first round, after going back in the room, they called the numbers who will remain in the process and those who were no mentioned had to leave. The second activity is a bit more challenging and was the deciding one, this time they separated us in 4 groups of 7 and gave us a card with a unique scenario, but similar in the sense that such scenarios posed a main issue, in our cases it was about an exclusive benefit offered by a hypothetical company that could only be provided to one out of six customers, as a team we had to thoroughly discuss why we would give the benefit to somebody over the others, every member of the team takes part in the presentation (luckily for me, I had the responsibility to speak first so I was able to stand out by presenting the team and reading the scenario to everybody in the room). I can’t stress enough when I say that this is your moment, so full confidence, good tone of voice and make sure to stand out with good choice of words and concise points, you don’t really want to overextend your part, this happened to one guy, he was doing good but he wouldn’t stop talking and that ended up punishing him. They asked us to leave again while they made the decision of those who would go through, I remember I was hopelessly sitting when I heard they started calling numbers but to my surprise I was one of the selected eight, then came the English test, which everyone remaining passed. A photographer came to the room and took pictures of every applicant, very exciting since you feel you made it to the company but there’s a final step, that’s the face to face interview. First they asked us to submit all of our information and then we started to go into the room one by one, the interview is not that tough but I guess it depends on the recruiter, first they asked yes or no questions to verify info and then they made three meaningful ones, first one was: How would you deal with an irate customer, second one was: What has been the kindest thing you’ve done for a customer, and the last one was: Why do you choose to work as a flight attendant with Emirates, I must say I’ve had the opportunity to answer these questions in the past so I managed to perform quite well in the interview. And that concludes the day, my suggestion is for you to arm yourself with a lot of content from the internet and you’ll feel with a lot more confidence, which is absolutely key for the occasion. I’m sorry if I didn’t make sense at parts, English is not my first language, if you’d like to know something I didn’t mention or that wasn’t clear enough please let me know, I’m eager to help whoever I can even at the very minimum.

Hi ms. carla thank you for the info. I wanted to know if EK accept applicants with human hair with arms and legs? do i need to to wax it like lower leg part? how about on the arms? since it will be covered while using the uniform? I'll appreciate your respond. Cuz we have open day here in our country. And honestly this is one of biggest concern. and with regards on the face is it okay that you have pimple scars? but i surely covered it of foundation.
Hi Carla! Thank you for all the information you shared, it is very helpful. I have my first interview this upcoming tuesday and I am nervous about my height because I do not reach 1.60 cm yet. I am doing all my stretches and I can already reach 2,12 but this is my dream, I really want to make it! Do you think I have a chance?
Hola Diego! There is people from all over the world, yes! I never flew with any Venezuelan crew, but I had a friend that is a chef and he's Venezuelan. So even if you don't meet the crew, for sure there will be people from your country in Dubai. ☺
it depends on airline, some airlines do care about their crew and emirates is one of them on the other hand i would say most low costs airline has 0 care about fatigue management.
Coincidentally i was returning back to India 4th Aug 2016 and the incident happened on 3rd Aug 2016... One of the engine blew out. I was returning back with my family of four after working in Dubai for 25yrs. So it was chaotic and the airport was crowded with all 3rd flights rescheduled on 4th our travel day... And we were on TR so had to go through several procedures. Checks to see if we were clear to travel. Example Bank accounts, Accommodation,Fines, Criminal records and so on if they have and doubts they will hold u back... We reached India and out luggage did not come on the same flight. Our luggage was delivered to us after 2 weeks.. So the last was the worst...
Hi. Good morning my name is surangama das I'm from india..I'm 32 can i apply for emirates..or if anyone more then this age bar can they also apply for this position..will wait for your valuable ans. Thank you
Hey Tina! It wasn't easy, but I also couldn't leave him behind. You just have to research a lot the requirement of the country that you want to bring your dog to. Each country requires different paperwork. Other than that, you need to check with the airline if they allow dogs in the cargo or in the cabin and according to that you need to buy a crate that is airline approved. It really depends a lot on the size of your doggy. It's a hard process but not impossible! If you need any other info, feel free to text me on Instagram :)
Hey Ana! Thank you for watching! One of the requirements for Emirates is to have at least 1 year of customer service experience, so I would suggest to get a job in hospitality, just to gain some experience and apply after that. 🤗✨
Hey Natasa! One of the rules is to have a natural look, so if your hair has an “unnatural” colour, it’s not allowed. If it’s red, blonde, brown or black, it’s ok, as long as your roots are not too visible. About the length, you can have your hair down as long as it doesn’t touch your shoulders. So a bob haircut is ok. But if it touches your shoulders, you should try to have at least a pony tail, if a bun is not possible ☺️ I hope this helps! 🤗✨
Mam please tell me in the time of emirates interview they do only checked your arm reach or they specially measure your height or not I mean to say that they can be checked both the things or only arm reach..
Hey! They will check both! But the most important one is the arm reach. If you’re missing a few centimeters in your height but can still reach the limit with your arm up, you will pass. Vest of luck! 🫶🏼🍀
Hey Harry! There could be many reasons that are not related to you. Sometimes they only need female crew, so they reject all male crew for example. My advice is to keep trying and don’t give up if this is your dream! 🫶🏼
Hello this is Doreen I have a question I can do the interview with braids on ? I have assessment day interview with final interview or it’s not allowed to come with braids on In the interview?
Hey Doreen! Braids are allowed only for African people, who have very curly hair. And they have to be very neat and if your hair is long, you'd still have to put the braids in a bun. I hope this helps and best of luck on your interview!!
please darling i'll be Thinkful if u tell me about if is there the online interview or not?? i'm buzzeled cuz i've Heard a lot of it from crew and the others they told me that they didn't do the online interview what's the offical new ??
I’m also trying to apply in Emirates but my passport process are not complete yet can you please make a video for this that we apply for without passport and also make a video if our English language is not flouts can we apply we understanding English
Hey! I will include your question in my next Q&A. For now, I'll reply to your questions here. You can still apply, if your passport is not ready yet. You just have to make sure that you will have it ready by the time you have to go to Dubai. Also, you English should be at least conversational level in order to pass the interview. All the training is in English, so you should be able to understand and communicate with the trainers, and then with the passengers. I hope this helps and good luck! 🤗
Hey! Thank you so much! Glad I could help a bit! There is no certain number with regards to the interview questions. It really depends on the recruiter. Sometimes you can convince them with only 5 questions, other times they ask more stuff to make sure they get all the info. I hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck! 🤗
Hey Carla 👋🏻 can I know what are the educational qualification required to be a Cabin Crew. And how do we need to prepare for a Cabin Crew interview , How to present infront of the board...... when does Emirates expecting to release the opportunities 😊💫
Hey Hasna! What Khan said is correct. You need to have a highschool diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience. As for the interview, I mention all the details in my videos. But if you have specific questions, I will happily answer them. :)

Thank you so much for your information. Plz tell me that Emirates cabin crew will hire a freshers?
Can you please tell me the age limit can i join emirates as a cabin crew at the age of 27
Hi Carla, thanks for you help ❤ I have a question for you… there’s Venezuelans working in emirates like cabin crew? Did you meet anyone? 🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪
Hola Diego! There is people from all over the world, yes! I never flew with any Venezuelan crew, but I had a friend that is a chef and he's Venezuelan. So even if you don't meet the crew, for sure there will be people from your country in Dubai. ☺
I have tattoos on my arm but the blazer will hide it. Is it still a problem?
Could you give an example about how to answer the question:
"Tell me avout yourself"
Fatigue is a long term issue. You don’t call in sick because of fatigue and go back to work the next. It takes a long time to recover from that.
it depends on airline, some airlines do care about their crew and emirates is one of them on the other hand i would say most low costs airline has 0 care about fatigue management.
Hey! That is very true! Fatigue is a true issue and more than anything we should take care of ourselves 😊
Hello, thank you so much. Do you have English test ? From where can I take it ?
Flight 521 crashed in Dubai in 2016 - but no fatalities
And there was this guy's from Kerala on that very plane which crash landed won the duty free 1 million dollar raffle prize.😂😂😂❤
Hello thank you for the video
Are they strict with face scars ? Do you have crews with acne scars ?
Hi. Good morning my name is surangama das I'm from india..I'm 32 can i apply for emirates..or if anyone more then this age bar can they also apply for this position..will wait for your valuable ans. Thank you
How were you able to transport your dog to Romania? I have a dog from the USA great video! Thanks
Thank you, Carla!
Your so kind tq Carla
Thanks dear ❤
What do they look for in the CV
I like it carla .M from India
Thank you so much😽 such a lovely girl 🌸💞
Thank you so much for watching! 🫶🏼✨
Thank you so much ❤
Thanks you so much, are you still working in emirates
Thank you so much! I had a question, I’ve never worked before .. will that be an issue?
Hey Ana! Thank you for watching!
One of the requirements for Emirates is to have at least 1 year of customer service experience, so I would suggest to get a job in hospitality, just to gain some experience and apply after that. 🤗✨
Do they have a problem with colourful hair? My hair is the same length as yours and making a bun is almost impossible, since it's fine.
But if it touches your shoulders, you should try to have at least a pony tail, if a bun is not possible ☺️
I hope this helps! 🤗✨
Mam please tell me in the time of emirates interview they do only checked your arm reach or they specially measure your height or not
I mean to say that they can be checked both the things or only arm reach..
Hey! They will check both! But the most important one is the arm reach. If you’re missing a few centimeters in your height but can still reach the limit with your arm up, you will pass.
Vest of luck! 🫶🏼🍀
@@CarlaForeverJetlagged thanksss for reply
Carla Is it allowed to come with braids in the interview black and neat ones ?
Hey Doreen! I just answered your question in the other comment :)
Thanks 🎉
What do you mean with they do your medicals?
Thank you so much 🩷🩷🩷🩷
Thank youuu can you leave the company after one year during the three years contract?
Hey Francesca. Yeah, sure! You can leave whenever you want! You just have to reimburse them some money if you leave earlier than 1 year. 😊
Mam can you plzz tell me what can be the reason that my Application is rejected multiple times to Emirates 😢😢😢though i made ats compatible CV
Hey Harry! There could be many reasons that are not related to you. Sometimes they only need female crew, so they reject all male crew for example. My advice is to keep trying and don’t give up if this is your dream! 🫶🏼
How was you let in with purple hair
Hello this is Doreen I have a question I can do the interview with braids on ? I have assessment day interview with final interview or it’s not allowed to come with braids on In the interview?
Hey Doreen! Braids are allowed only for African people, who have very curly hair. And they have to be very neat and if your hair is long, you'd still have to put the braids in a bun.
I hope this helps and best of luck on your interview!!
Thank you .....❤❤❤
please darling i'll be Thinkful if u tell me about if is there the online interview or not?? i'm buzzeled cuz i've Heard a lot of it from crew and the others they told me that they didn't do the online interview what's the offical new ??
Hey! Emirates used to have online interviews right after pandemic, but now they are holding face to face interviews again. 😊
Thank you Bby 🎉
Emirates did have a crash in 2016
hello Carla ! anks so much this was super helpful ; I wanna ask , how many questions they ask?
