Bought two , both have failure to fire , won’t return into battery, light strikes , way too much attention on this gun to skip quality on the first round of production
There’s a ton of reasons. Gun companies know they can send out guns to TH-camrs and sell enough that it won’t matter. They also know the fan boys will show up and defend the guns in every YT video.
What about the takes telling everyone how absolutely amazing it is? Those takes are terrible. It’s an extremely mediocre platform. Most people buy things because they like the way it looks - zero cares about performance.
@@AbelLeba-tb7lg yea. It's a mistype. Fat fingers on a phone strike again. It's the 2311 and the Pro models come with 5 mags. I'm pretty sure even the standard models do too. All of the reviews I've seen of it have come with 5 mags. I'm personally waiting for the 2311 Pro to finally come out this year and I'll have one myself.
Respect your input, and think you saved me $1k for sure. Feelings about guns are obviously subjective, so some people like it, and some won't. You seem super authentic about your take, and I didn't wanna spend the price tag anyhow. 🙏🏾
Again the issue related with the recoil springs, same as tp9 elites couple years ago, now they are bringing new recoil springs for it, it will be the 3rd option with the box, they messed up a bit because of some silly mistake again.
I have been shooting my TTI a lot I love it couple of hiccups failure to eject, put more rounds threw it cleaned and oiled several times using different grain bullets now running great, the grips are super. I have had problems with other brands glocks Sig. colt 1911 , kimber nothing serious just had to work them and kind of break in never sold one might send one in but get it back and shoot on. Never did a review I guess to busy shooting and enjoying life.
Every platform will experience hiccups from time to time so those are irrelevant to me at the end of the day. Everyone knows this is a range toy at best. It’s a marketing gimmick - easily sold to folks who think it looks cool. Performance is mediocre at best. Like I said - it will sit in the safe and not be used and completely forgotten about in six months.
Thank You, my feelings exactly. i have a friend that i got into shooting a couple years ago who now has a small collection with a shotty, an AR and a few HGs. he has 2 Caniks that he loves to say are better than my Sigs and when this TTI showed up on the market he went goo goo for it. thank you for saying my nearly exact words and sentaments about this new Pew Pew. I have seen a ton of comments along the lines of “it looks so cool, I have to have it.” Seems to be the reason Canik always has a flashy design being released.
Man I got a canik mc9 and honestly I love having it for carry but I may sell it due to reliability issues and I’ll probably get a hellcat or shield plus. I’m already looking into a g26. My dad has other caniks like the eliteSC and the tp9 combat elite with zero malfunctions. Sad to have to switch maybe I’ll shoot it more and see but I was hoping canik wouldn’t flop with the mc9
a little overstated nice gun still got to watch out for the hype train. the pro is a better value you are paying $300 or so to have TTI on it a coin and a spring. I agree for 1k they should have had more mags
I should have said it’s a $300 gun with laser engraving and a box full of random stuff no one with more than one gun is ever going to use. I get to shoot guns every day - this is a hyped up gun that people will shoot a few times and toss in the closet.

@GabesGarage Gabe, I actually saw one of your shorts about this gun and checked out your page. Let’s put it like this - for $1000 you can buy a truly quality pistol. This package is a $1000 full of random items and the gun itself is no better than any other $500 Canik. It just has a logo and a bunch of random items that make fans boys feel like John Wick. The gun will be irrelevant in six months.
Seeing these comments comparing this to 3k plus pistols is just hilarious. What canik offers out of the box is unbeatable compared to other brands for the money. I own 4 caniks and have had 0 issues with any of them, iv ran upwards of 2k rounds through each over the years and beat the heck out of them with 1 misfire due to cheap ammo. If you are going to compare stop comapring with stacatos and what not. They are not even close to being comprable at this price point.
Who compared this thing to a $3000 pistol? No one said there was anything wrong with Canik. This particular pistol is completely hyped up - they paid a company to use their branding and sold it as a "John Wick" gun. The majority of the people defending it have never shot one and just the way it looks. In six months you won't hear anything else about it because the next fad in "tacticool" looking guns will be released.
