If you're here, it's probably because you googled: "chicken breast ninja foodi". The instructions are off, and the chicken is dry, borderline inedible. For your own sake, find another recipe.
You can use water in place of chicken broth if you would like, but if using the Steam and Crisp function, you need some sort of liquid in there. You can also choose to use the air crisp function without any liquid and follow these directions instead: www.everydayfamilycooking.com/air-fryer-chicken-breast/
@@EverydayFamilyCooking Yes, my foodi max has a function called Steam air fry which is the same I think. I just set 20 minutes because that is what you show on the video

Is the chicken broth step needed?

I just want to be able to through it in there and remove when it’s cooked nothing major
The chicken looks dry and there’s pretty much no seasoning.
Definitely not dry, and while there isn't a ton of seasoning on it, it is nice and flavorful and versatile for things like wraps, etc.
Dry as fuck 😂
Cooked 20 min at the temperature you showed. Was unfortunately the driest chicken breast ive ever eaten :(
Did you use the Steam Crisp function with thick chicken breasts? Air frying for 20 minutes will definitely overcook the chicken.
