What if you don’t have a temp? I cooked my thin chicken breast through the settings at 380 for 23 minutes and flipped each side. I get a little wary if it’s done. Still comes out dry 😂.

375 degrees for 10 minutes.
How much longer did you cook it after you put it back in?

165 is the recommended temp for poultry 😊
there is some carry over cooking once you take them out and let them rest so it will reach that temperature.

Extra light olive oil won't burn, totally fine in the air fryer
