I have ideas and I feel he needs to up his social presence before he gets on the radio. I’m doing some research for him to see what routes he can take to get radio play.

Depends on how big your operation is. A director would do the video and a wardrobe is usually done by a wardrobe person or stylist. These people could be hired by your manager or you. But then theres people who multitask, some artists direct their own videos or are their own stylist or both. Your manager wouldnt usually do those things unless they also have background in those areas. Mostly managers do financial and business things for you. Set up deals; book shows, interviews/appearances. Things like that but a whole lot more also

That's going to differ based on your location. The right locations for your genre will make it easier. You can find a manager by performing and being where managers are. Experience is relative but most like;y a good manager is already working an artist. You'd have to approach managers that are already working and hope they have the time for a new project. Managers don't charge. They get a percentage of everything an artist makes.
