Be sure to maintain good posture throughout the day to avoid pain coming back. Here are a few more posture exercises from Bob and Brad th-cam.com/video/uuFakGXYYfM/w-d-xo.html
New merch idea: a pair of matching chair pillows for rhomboid support. You could even name one Bob and the other Brad and they could be the coolest pillows on the chair, in my opinion.
I have a tennis ball in my vehicle in a sock at all times. I am now retired, but for 25 years I was on the road as a sales rep that drove over 70,000 miles every year. This technique has saved me so many times!!
I thank you for the handwarmer giveaway. Though I don't expect to win, if I did, it would bless my son. He has to work outdoors fixing heavy machinery even in the winter...and while I would love it myself as I have Reynaud's Syndrome, he would need it more...whomever wins it, I hope it is a blessing to you! Thanks, Bob and Brad!
Releasing a video on my exact pain ive had for a year as it was preventing me from sleeping, felt a good release, somethings still there but a little bit better thanks to you guys!
Thanks for this. I was having an issue with trigger points in my rhomboids and my Theracane was helpful. What actually got rid of the trigger points was fascia stretching.
You guys are amazing, my job requires me to stand all day and I get the most extreme pain in my rhomboids even though I have good posture and the tennis ball trick took all my pain away
Thank you very much for this video! I've had this issue for many years, but never knew the name of the muscle group. The technique I have been using is leaning against a corner of two walls and moving back and forth.
Awesome video! Sometimes I'll use the door jam an act like a bear, so i can roll on those tight spots plus i can push on the otherside of the door jam to get more precise pressure on the really crazy knots,
@@ky9933mine is my right shoulder. Turns out I have autoimmune disease and it also caused me nerve damage of my femoral nerve. It’s quite hard literally walking each day. It feels like it gets worse everyday but it seems like nothing helps and doctors take forever to schedule me out. Also sucks that I’ll only be 22 next month I feel a little young for this!😂
I get that pain after about 30 minutes while riding a motorcycle. Looks like I will be keeping a sock & ball in storage on the bike at all times. Thanks
During therapy session we use a larger ball placing it in the back of the chair centering ball in rhomboid area then leaning back I sit due to arthritis in hip and knee surgery.. it gives temporary relief which helps tight muscles spasms 😢😩
I have rotator cuff issues (both shoulders) years after my car being T-boned by a bus. I had a Dr. who never got me physical therapy. Also have lost all cartilage in both knees. The doctor said if I fall again, I will have to have surgery on my rotator cuffs. Can you help me please?
I have that One too Deep tissue Massager, we are very Thankful to both of YOU. I learned a lot that ball to put inside the SoCKS VERY EFFECTIVE and the BALL is not Falling because it’s inside it. Thank you so much from our Country far-away from you🇵🇭❤
it might be a small audience, but could you do a video on meditation posture? I keep trying it for my blood pressure, but I find it really difficult to sit specifically because of my back and shoulders (from no arm rests), I know I can sit in a supported chair, but I'd like to go to a class and be able to sit on a pillow.
@@BobandBrad Did you guys ever receive my comment about the back pain I'm having 7 months out after having gastric bypass. It's brutal. I've lost 120 lb so far.
@@biotestguy4207 Thank you for that! I've been doing the stretches mention in video already and I have a back bar to pop those knots out (ouch!). Found a list of doable exercises thanks to your input...after searching. I already do some but am adding more now. I run about a 36DDD soooooo that doesn't help. Thanks so much!

Oh my, you guys are lifesavers. I've had this pain many times and no idea what it was.
This is exactly what has been plaguing me the past few weeks. Thank you so much guys
You guys have been working so hard on this content, 👍 Great Job!
And thanks so much.
Prayers yes!!! U have helped me with lifelong back problems for years, I do what I can at home.

Really impressed by the state-of-the-art anatomical biomechanical motion detector thing.

The table stretch is awesome.
Thanks for yours time, I hope with exercises you will help me, after fracturahumerus prox.sin, etc🙏
I always have this recurring and it’s ALWAYS on the left side, never on the right. Is there a reason for this?
GOD, same. Never ever had an issue with my right rhomboid but my left one kills me almost daily.

Thank you for sharing, the tennis balls work great
You mentioned that the hanging handles are 50% off, but the store link shows full price?
Could this be related to costocondritis?

The Rhomboid/Scapula pain causes shooting pain in my forearm 😢. Will these exercises will help?
❤Omg these worked like magic! Thank you so much! I was at my desk for hours and this really helped!
I use a piece of an Ikea shelf to massage it. It's pretty low tech, but it was sanded smooth, so I won't get splinters or anything.
I needed this. Thank you 😀
Um, the diagram shows the higher point in the center at the spine. The skeleton model shows the blue "rhomboids" with the centre point down.
Can you recommend an exercise to tone triceps for a woman with rhomboid pain?

Could we get a fews videos about electrotherapy too? Or someone pls lmk if they already have one
My husband is experiencing a great deal of pain in his supraspinatus muscle. Any suggestions?
With the hanging are those the handles that comw with the resistance tubing set?

The hanging handles weren't on Amazon. On your website they were $49.,. is that the half price?
Cool stuff.

You can always lay down while meditating…
It hurts so bad when I breathe, is this normal?
Do you sell Bob and Brad shirts?
We do :) bob-brad.myspreadshop.com/
Wow this is exactly what’s wrong with me. Rhomboid and traps. It’s like I’m being squeezed 😪
Nice
This where I always get those knots.
Hope this helps!
You probably have scapula winging and your lower trap needs strengthing and doesn't fire

please bring back the intro
Nice video as always... you can fix a vaxed Bob though ?
amazing :-)
You've put the tape at the wrong angle. The rhomboids go upwards from the scapula to the spine.
premium content boys!!!!!!!!
The blue tape is upside down 😅
my god the pulling fixed it instantly 😂😢😂
L.U 2. Good job!

Your Blue imitation pointing wrong way::)
I think holding and using my cell phone is the main culprit to this pain, as well as shoulder pain, for me.
