So many rollbacks watching this video it took me twice the run time to get through it. So many elements developed on the channel shining in this video. Combined with Paris this video was a knockout. "Wil-yums" tongue at 7:35 almost upstages everything else and right after Jesse said how he hates what he does with it. 🤣😋
For your trip, here are a few good bistro options: 1. Le Bon Georges- my favourite; pricier, but excellent food and an outstanding wine list 2. Bistro Paul Bert- famous now and a bit touristy, but still good; go for the offal dishes if you are ok with them and they’re available 3. Café des Ministères- popular spot with the political crowd 4. Les Arlots- similar to Le Bon Georges, more of an upscale take on classic bistro fare 5. Bistro Flaubert- chef left to open a new one Michelin starred restaurant, but when I spoke with him in Feb, he assured me that his predecessor is good so probably still worth a look 6. Chez Janou- touristy, but good food and very reasonable prices 7. Le Petite Pharamond- decent enough food, but the interior design is the real attraction I’d recommend you make a reservation 2-4 weeks in advance (except Chez Janou, which doesn’t take reservations as far as I know), especially if you want to go on a Friday-Sunday. Enjoy
Great video as always !!!!! Will try a couple of your recommandations for sure . It would be great if you could slow down the pace a bit ….. videos and info came to fast . I am sure taking things a bit slower will get you more viewers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My favorite duo on TH-cam! Thank you so much for this video-looking forward to trying these gems next month! The 11th are looks like the place to indulge! 😋🇫🇷👌🏼
Really missed you guys. Hope to see more content this summer. I recommend you guys try going to an eastern european country, I think you would be pleasantly surprised with the food. Enjoyed this video a lot!
Cambridge is cool, but you have so many great cocktail bars in that neighbourhood or within a reasonable walk. Next time, check out: 1. Little Red Door (they’ve gone through some major changes, but trust it’s still good) 2. Le Mary Celeste 3. Candelaria 4. Bisou. 5. Moonshiner 6. Sherry Butt 7. Bluebird 8. Fréquence The second half is a bit of a walk, but a nice one
@@LeMagnifiqueDoubleAgent-cj4zo Went to Le Mary Celeste and Candelaria that same trip and also loved both of those bars! It was a great Marais mini pub crawl day.
They turned Dumbo the cute lil flying elephant into burger patties ? Those gastronomically insane French ! I was wondering what you lads were up to, and here you are in glorious Paris, eating the most interesting food and quaffing a chemistry set of cocktails that would impress Walter White from Breaking Bad. I never thought I'd see young guys eating sweetbreads, but you proved me wrong. As usual, a punchy, scintillating video from TOPJAW ! All the best, Jesse and Will !
Guys, I’ve been fans for years and couldn’t be more excited for your success. Who knew the short form would take you guys to the mainstream after years of untouchable long form quality? Topjaw to the moon!! Cheers!
I absolutely love all your videos, easily one of the most underrated channels on TH-cam! 9:00 You got a lil typo there, I think it's spelled "Morel" ;D

Paris is changing, for the better, in many aspects. Food, cafés, nice people (you read well NICE) people! Try to connect with the locals, all it takes is simple “bonjour“ and “merci“
It is very true. I am from London and have travelled to Paris in 2009, 2018, and 2023 (I will be going back this year as well). The idea that the Parisians hate the British or are really rude is very outdated at this point. As long as you are polite, you shouldn't have any problems at all.
@@Bragglord I can promise you that the Parisians, at least the recent generations, have no animosity against the Brits. They LOVE London and the British culture in general.
Here in Paris. Took the train twice to Les Enfant du Marche based on this video. Would love to review the meal however they closed twice in our faces. Hours are flexible, I guess. They just close when they want…. Pretty disappointing.
I loved you guys for so long. But something changed maybe a few months ago? It’s just so damn quick. Like I feel like I retained literally none of the video. By the end, I just feel like I wasted 15 minutes. Wish you guys would find your way back of true story telling. Something with depth. Man you guys are the best, sad to see..
The name of the restaurant is Les Enfants du Marché. I used to eat there all the time when I lived there in Paris and it was the first stop when I was back to visit in Feb. It’s fantastic. Definitely check it out. Try to go during the week though because it gets super busy on the weekends.

The number of segments is off the charts, and the speed of switching between frames feels like watching clips from the 2000s. How can anyone keep up with this? Does your editor have ADHD?
Ducasse wasn't so hipped about Parcelles, and I'm using kind words. Anyway :). Stopped watching after seeing the second, Frenchie, with 4.2 Google ratings. Come on!!!!!!!!!
I’m not sure what you’re trying to say. Frenchie is excellent and they were just at the offshoot at Grand Hôtel Pigalle, not the original or the wine bar, for a snack
Parcelles what a scam this place, worst service ever if you don't have 2 bottles of wine, dessert not good at all, a perfect Bistrot for American tourists
I don’t think Will is very open minded and adventurous especially compared to Jesse in regards to ethnic dishes. 0:49. 😬 his facial expression meh. Maybe he should stick to the camera work, and not try any dishes then? Anyways, great video thank you.
Jesus loves you ❤️ Please repent and turn to him and receive Salvation before it is too late. The end times written about in the Bible are already happening in the world. Jesus is the son of God and he died for our sins on the cross and God raised him from the dead on the third day. Jesus is waiting for you with open arms but time is running out. Please repent and turn to him before it is too late. Accept Jesus into your heart and invite him to be Lord and saviour of your life and confess and believe that Jesus is Lord, that he died for your sins on the cross and that God raised him from the dead. Confess that you are a sinner in need of God's Grace and ask God to forgive you for all your sins through Jesus. Jesus loves you. Nothing can compare to how he loves you. When he hung on that cross, he thought of you. As they tore open his back, he thought of your prayer time with him. As the thorns dug into his head, he thought of you spending time in the word of God. As the spears went into his side, he imagined embracing you in heaven. Please repent and turn to Jesus now as time is running out.
Madame Darroze herself! One of the best chefs on Earth...loved this video, Paris is one of my favourite haunting grounds in Europe.
Having chef Darroze in there is a madness . Part of the very few chefs that almost every single french person knows
She’s an industry hero for sure. So lucky to have her in this film.
probably the best topjaw episode so far, onwards and upwards
Now we need a Action Bronson-Topjaw collab.

*Paris Best HIPSTER Restaurants 2024
Thanks guys! You are legends!
Paris dining is one-of-a-kind - home to a storied and respected cuisine that, today, has a lighter touch and a seasonal respect for produce.
These restaurants are just as discerning with their wine selection as their produce, including an ever-growing menu of natural wine. 2:43
In Paris, the bill in bars and restaurants includes a service charge, so you do not have to leave a tip.
The French expect you to choose your wine according to what you eat.
However, if you have been satisfied with your meal and the service you are welcome to do so. 7:33
