Seems like a very complete presentation, but what is missing is the IP rating. Are we trying to hide something here?

I just bought 2 of these guys. Planing on soon installing a 600 w solar and 2000w inverter and 40amp charge controller. I'm looking forward to some boon docking and seeing how this turns out.

Golly, I LOVE these batteries. 23 Lbs., 150A draw rate, 3,500 warrantied cycles, smaller than my toaster, well built on the inside (big gauge wiring where needed!)- what's NOT to love. Can be: used in series (24V, 48V) for larger system efficiencies, snuggled on a heating pad for very cold day charging (if needed) paired up for a large, well spread draw load (long life) in 12V configurations. When they go on sale at 'big box' stores, they can be acquired in pairs without killing the piggy bank even. I want to represent these beasts- that's how much I like these batteries. I can barely build my own battery bank for ever so slightly less. Why bother?

Looks like a nice product! Many installs will be such that you can't easily get to the reset button. Take a van that gets below 32f. Will the batteries need to be manually reset in that instance?

If I parallel two of these UT 1300 batteries together, what gauge cables do I use to connect the two?

Will be converting from lead to lithium for our off grid rv set up. Can these be installed in series and parallel for 24v?

Yes, they can be wired in series up to 48v. I saw several sources on google.

I am voting YES - for about 1.5 hours with a soft start.

we are still using chemical batter tech, holey crap what year do we live in?

What revolutionary energy storage solution do you propose?

    • @carlroy1865

No storage needed, either wireless or on demand. GE has patents for a thorium reactor the size of a basketball, but the gatekeepers suppress all tech.
