I have already made this twice and it is my all-time favourite serum of yours. It's amazing stuff. It's so far the only serum that has helped with stubborn hyperpigmentation I've had on my eyelids and on cheeks - I apply it around eyes and on eyebrows but not directly on lids (if that makes sense). I made another one with no thickener & emollient and another one with HEC & lamesoft po65. They're both really lovely (scented with rose hydrosol). I think I like the thinner one more as I can easily layer it. Both have 50 kda HA that I typically use. Love how easy this is to make. You have done amazing work again - hopefully you're enjoying your summer. ❤️
@@robertamichaels4504 Dark eyelids occur when the skin surrounding the upper eye region darkens in colour. Hyperpigmentation on cheek bones is another, separate issue. Hyperpigmentation is generally caused by an increase in melanin. With stubborn I refer to the fact that I've had these two issues for very long time. Hopefully this helps!

This is beautiful. I love how your allantoin dont get cloudy.each time i use allantoin in my formula even after dissolving in heat phase after a while it start to recrystalize

I thought water bath would be required as there’s gum used, and heating will give a better coalescence of the ingredients, please correct me if I’m wrong 😊 I’m just a newbie and here to learn thank you ❤
HI Monika! Have you read the free partner blog post yet? It discusses alternatives & substitutions. You cannot replace the PEG dimethicone with an ingredient that is not PEG because it will separate. Happy making!
Hello. I just tried for the 3 rd time. I finally got soft xanthan gum. When I mixed everything together. The mixture still seems not dissolving into clear serum. It’s been like an hour. At the stage some ingredients floats on the surface. I hope it would be ok in a few hours later. I wonder what went wrong. Thank you. 🥺
Hi! It's not going to be totally clear-you can see it's a wee bit hazy in the video :) You shouldn't get any splitting, though. Are you sure your dimethicone is PEG'd?

So I made some research which with my limited knowledge came out I tweaked to heat up water n hydrosol with allontoin n Panthenol. Wait to cool down then mixing the rest together. It came out beautiful but yet not as clear as yours. Now my only concern is how do I know if I control the heat with Panthenol not to be too long..?? By the way, I’m so very I love with your formula. Which made me kick my Dior serum into the bin. Yes I did that to Dior. It was horrible so not worth it the super expensive price. It was tacky n greasy. Since I’ve been using your formula my skin say yessss thank you!!!! Super skin food!! Thank you for answering me ❤️❤️❤️

When you say "stubborn hyperpigmentation" what do you mean exactly?

I've had issues with polyquaternium 7 globbing up and settling out in formulations like this. You can try it, but watch for that :)

It should be heated in the water phase to completely dissolve it.
