I have an issue when the player is attacking and gets attacked it will not allow you to attack anymore.

hello,im still learning how to do stuff with unreal,the thing im having the most problems with right now is probably really simple but how do you do an enemy hit reaction?Ive tried event hit enemy followed by play animation hit react but it just stands there in the t-pose,i almost got an enemy damage system done i just cant get it to react when hit
