@@viennalx i couldn’t say to be honest I would say that mainly depends on the amount of dust you have in your room. I would say the more dust you have in your room the faster you need to clean your pc I haven’t cleaned my pc in a little over 3 months now and yes there is some dust but nothing major and it hasn’t at all impacted my performance or temps in anyway I would definitely think about buying one if you like the idea of an open case (I couldn’t be happier with mine) because imo the stories of it being a dust magnet has a bit of an extreme undertone to it imo that is unjustified. Yes there is dust and yes the pc will have dust on it but it won’t impact your performance in anyway and you definitely don’t need to clean it every couple of days or weeks with a (what you would consider) a normal amount of dust circulating in your room👊🏽 Like I told you in my previous comment watch that video that I told you about. Now keep in mind that he hasn’t cleaned his pc in 3 months (I think he said that) and I also haven’t now and I nowhere have as much as he has within the same amount of time. So you could take a guess for yourself. Do you think you will have as much as that guy in that video or nowhere near that?
The dipole antenna orientation in this video bugs me. Although horizontal looks good, the radiation pattern of the signal from these antenna dictates they perform better when vertical.
pretty amazing, except that the display cable needs to stick out of the top. it could be cooler if the card was flipped, though im not sure how youd do that
That is a sweet build. Although I still love my full tower cases. I would like to build something like this in the future, but with a little more component protection. Great Job!
8:08 - Don't do pea size dot of thermal paste anymore. CPU's are very different from when that was the accepted amount. It's now a lot more required for proper coverage. It's typically recommended to put it on several spots on the CPU in a specific pattern and ideally use a plastic spreader to evenly cover it ahead.
that's sick, the only thing i don't like about pcs is that they are all the same shape, so seeing someone once a while bulding somthing diffrent is amazing🔥
Nice video but i'd ike to point out that the radiator should be flipped, Your cpu should idle between 27-30c not 39c-40c.That means that your pump is accumilating air and that will affect the cooling big time. Just thought i'd help
the total price of this is ~$3521 USD as of october 9th, 2023. to be clear with anyone willing to buy this who are new to custom pc building, you really don't need this. a normal $1000 gaming pc with a full tower will be just fine and more protected than this, especially if you have any pets, food, or drink near your pc.

I'm using this case for almost 2 years and its perfect, not much dust accumulation, temps 20°C lower than a classic build, easy acces to components, Ive built mine from and old msi infinite s, power supply only 19cm and the xtia being 19cm its thigt, cable management a little difficult, Ive pimped it with some little themometers to make it moke cyberpunk
This is the best PC build I have ever seen. I would love to have one just like it. If I had one choice it would be this build!
The presenatation and video quality is at par with naything on YT... congrats you are on track for a million sub & beyond...
really cool . and the video was visually so clean n minimalistic
I have naver seen such a beautiful perfomance on video making, pc build itself. Also vibe music and video itself..
I reeeeally appreciate your job over on that one.
And the build is beautiful itself, as you mencioned.
This is such a thorough build, thank you for this.
you deserve way more subscribers!
Rad build! Such a small beast.
it looks like a nightmare to keep clean.
Great build!
Looks like a proton pack and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!
I love the look of this case, but no one ever shows it with the cables plugged in. HDMI, Speaker and keyboard. I think it kills the look even with right angle connectors.
This might be my next build. I've been thinking about an open build for a while. This one looks very elegant.
i have made one in 2022, but it's diy from a basic pc case around 2009. it make quite cool for pc component, but it make easier to dirty if the room cleaned by non-vacuum tool.
nah bro this is fr a W gaming pc build. Great work man!
SUCH an impressive build video. Thank you for sharing with us. I'm going to save this for a possible build for my next gaming PC.
Doesn't it collect a lot of dust?
I have the XTIA Xproto-ATX case V1 from the same company as in Devyn's video and it heavily depends on your environment. If people live in a very dusty area then yeah I can imagine you would clean it every month or so but if that's not the case you do not need to clean it that often. I have my open case for almost 11 months now and I have cleaned it 2 times so far. and even when I decided to clean it there was an extremely thin (emphasis on thin) layer of dust on the top of te case and GPU with that dust there were no differences in either temperatures or performance. using an electric air duster and in 5 minutes tops the dust is gone.
So yeah if someone wants to buy an open case, they just need to look at how dusty their room is and based on that you can guess fairly accurately how many times you would feel the need to clean your PC.
For example, there is a video of a guy who shares an update on not cleaning his PC after 3 months with the same case as in this video of Devyn. I nowhere nearly have as much as this guy in the video. After 6 months I don't even see dust on my CPU fans or PSU.
Since TH-cam will not let you post links the title of the video is ''Three months of dust with xproto + cleaning''
Finally a PC builder who doesn’t skimp on components. If you’re going to do it, go big and do it right. Subscribed.
Is it actually Pc building though? When the budget isn't a factor there's no actual creativity or ingenuity.
Build like this would allow it to be in a fringe, maybe even a custom made clear one.
Sick build and filming, awesome!
Beautifull build, nice aesthetic Video, I'm your new subscriber 🔥
I did this 10 years ago with a 20 dollar piece of wood.
you were recommended to me on the home page, I subscribe up, I always think it's nice when I find a video that I would still steal something from if I had to make a video, like the b rolls (if they're called that) of the screws that are used to perform an operation, thanks for the inspiration
Great Job! Great video! This is exactly what I need, a light and small pc to bring over.
i would love to have that but the dust will collect that forsure prefer putting a case

I want this so bad but my cats said no
I've been searching for this case as it passed by while searching...,now that I've found it I will subscribe to your channel so that I can build it as well. Cheers bro!
nice but it looks like it will make a tun of electromagnetic noise given no case to reflect it back. this is a increasingly common thing with modern exotic build computers.
Can also be used as an aircleaner. Fantastic!
This is amazing. Very cool looking build. A little beast.
Did you use XTIAs riser cable or did you purchase one separately? I found XTIAs is a bit too long and bends the PCIe block a bit.
I used the one from their site, but it's possible they've changed vendors since I recieved mine.
this PC so AWESOME dude !
i didnt had a dream setup untill i saw this :) its freaking beautifull
At 11 Minutes, and 45 Seconds: This is when you make sure you can access the Rear M.2 Slot, or Install a Drive. I like this Build. Finally, we have a reason to get the screen! There are so many cool options, too.
Simply beautiful....for the first week until dust starts settling...

@@emiel255i live in an open studio with a open kitchen, do you think it’s better to have a case instead of open case?
@@viennalx i couldn’t say to be honest I would say that mainly depends on the amount of dust you have in your room. I would say the more dust you have in your room the faster you need to clean your pc
I haven’t cleaned my pc in a little over 3 months now and yes there is some dust but nothing major and it hasn’t at all impacted my performance or temps in anyway
I would definitely think about buying one if you like the idea of an open case (I couldn’t be happier with mine) because imo the stories of it being a dust magnet has a bit of an extreme undertone to it imo that is unjustified. Yes there is dust and yes the pc will have dust on it but it won’t impact your performance in anyway and you definitely don’t need to clean it every couple of days or weeks with a (what you would consider) a normal amount of dust circulating in your room👊🏽
Like I told you in my previous comment watch that video that I told you about. Now keep in mind that he hasn’t cleaned his pc in 3 months (I think he said that) and I also haven’t now and I nowhere have as much as he has within the same amount of time. So you could take a guess for yourself. Do you think you will have as much as that guy in that video or nowhere near that?
I’ll do exactly the same specs as you for me next PC. Expect the GPU that I will buy one in one or two months later when I will save more money.
Great Job!
BEAUTIFUL build. Subscribed!
Great thing about this build is that you can quickly put out the inevitable 12VHPWR fire.
What in the OPTIMUM TECH is going on here?!?
No words to express, just subscribed.
It in fact does not look like a piece of art. It looks like a test bench.
Love this build, looks amazing!
Great video ! Glad to have found your channel +1 sub
that's sick, the only thing i don't like about pcs is that they are all the same shape, so seeing someone once a while bulding somthing diffrent is amazing🔥
I'm not sure, it kinda looks like a giraffe.
Should I get regular DDR5 RAM or RGB DDR5 RAM, how much faster is the RGBs?
Nice video! but you should mention how you cable manage all the cables (power cord, DP cord, ethernet, all usb etc), and put on video how that looks.. Because all come out of the top of the case when its plugged in, right?
Your content looks exactly like Optium Tech
Amazing video, amazing build. Damn I love it. It looks futuristic. Subscribed
really bro the cooolest and the cleanest pc i have ever seen
Could you make an actual tutorial on all the steps to make this build. The list of components doesn't cut it as it doesn't go into the necessary details to assemble it
