      Yes, both optimizations will take them to the same place -- but one will optimize for users who stay on the website once they land vs. bouncing.

    Thanks for explaining...so essentially link click option is better for checkouts withing the application (ie Facebook or IG)

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, exactly -- but most of the times you would want to try conversion optimized if you have enough data firing through your pixel and activity on your website (if the goal is to get someone to submit an application).

    another awesome video ..
    allow me a question:
    If my objective is to drive traffic to my landing page, which one should work best?
    Chosing 'Landing page views ' under traffic campaign or choosing ' Landing page views ' under conversion campaign? what would be the cost implications? thanks

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is basically the same thing at thay point -- only use conversion if you want a deeper action like add to cart, initiate checkout, or purchase/lead submission.
      Landing page views is basically a step of better audience quality than Link Clicks.

  • @GoldsHouseMusic
    @GoldsHouseMusic 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Great content, thanks a lot for this! My main problem is that my Cost Per Landing Page View constantly increases - one day is 2$ and then the next day it is 19$ which is crazy if I set 10$ daily budget. Is there a way to reduce cost per landing page view, or which campaign objective usually does have the lowest cost for landing page view? Thanks in the advance.

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can try a manual bid and just lower it down to a rate that you are happy with the volume and cost.

    Also, I optimized my Engagement objective ad for 'landing page views' but the ad wasn't able to get out of the learning phase due to not making 50 conversions in the test window. I switched it over to 'link clicks.' Should I keep landing page views, but switch the objective to Traffic instead of engagement? OR continue with link clicks/engagement objective? Thanks!

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am confused... are you saying the campaign objective is Engagement? or are you saying engagement setting that is called Ad Delivery Optimization (this would be were you change from Link Clicks to Landing Page Views)?
      Also, what is you daily budgets looklike?

    • @Lizliz223

  • @Kumar-rq9ro
    @Kumar-rq9ro 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Thank you. In the landing page ad metrics , Facebook also shows the Unique Link Clicks (alongside Landing Page views). Does the ratio of Landing page to Unique Link clicks - anyway indicate the web page speed quality ? Or it could be any other thing. How to interpret the difference for any improvement ?

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would recommend to focus on the Key Metric which would be Landing Page Views. Using Google Analytics is a better way to gauge website load speed. Unique clicks would be more indicative if you had a person that was clicking on the link multiple times, but that would be a strage behavior on Facebook ad only expected if you are retargeting users and have a small audience pool.

      yes, you should not expected much sales from Landing Page Views -- In this example we use it because we are scaling with big budgets. However, if you have limited budgets and have a simple buying decisions and good creative then I would just do a Conversion Campaign.

    If I've got 1 link click and 0 landing page view, does it mean that the person clicked on the ad but didn't wait till my landing page loads? Should I need to work on my landing page speed?

    • @MarketHustle
      @MarketHustle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yup that is correct, depending on your Tag Firing Priority you might have your Google Analytics pixel firing first (most people do), but also dude 1 click is not enough data lol to be making any sort of decisions. You will usually see anywhere from 20-40% drop off depending on site load speed, users blocking cookies, and your tag firing priority.
